Quanmao Jingyan is located in the Wudaokou Shopping Center at 28 Chengfu Road, Haidian District, Beijing. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the exquisite landscape design gives it a high-end feel. The signature dish, Beijing roast duck, is the first to be served. The golden, crispy duck skin wraps around the tender, juicy duck meat. The chef skillfully slices the duck into thin, even slices, which are then served with shredded green onion, sweet bean sauce, and thin pancakes. Each bite is full of authentic Beijing flavor. Quanmao's fish head with fried dough sticks is fragrant and rich in flavor. The Beijing dim sum platter is a collection of various traditional dim sum, evoking memories of old Beijing. Each dish is carefully plated, whether it's hawthorn goose liver or shrimp and wild rice stem, the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Gatherings in such a beautiful environment cost around CNY 120 per person, which is great value for money.
