The China Oil Painting Gallery, known as "Beijing's Little Morocco"

The China Oil Painting Academy, affiliated with the Chinese National Academy of Arts, is the first national-level oil painting academy established since the founding of the People's Republic of China. It is said to have been transformed from an old factory, with a church-style architecture predominantly in grey and white tones. The walls are coated with a particularly textured cement, featuring a minimalist style. The pointed roof allows light to merge with the architecture, creating an impression reminiscent of Morocco, hence the nickname "Beijing's Little Morocco". Some also compare it to Aranya, and indeed, it bears a resemblance, thus earning it another name, "Beijing's Aranya". Regardless of the name, it's certainly a photogenic spot.
