Tree of Life

Tree of Life Here in the desert lies a 400-year-old tree. If you're in Manama and need a bit of quiet time, this is the place for you. It's a 40 min drive from the city but worth it. The tree is HUGE, with plenty of shade and space for everyone. There's plenty of parking, a mini-museum, and a restroom as well. There aren't any stores, but an ice cream truck will probably be around to provide refreshments. On the way back, stop at Askar Beach or any of the cute resorts.
