Recommended: Rarotonga's most beautiful hotel beach

I had heard that snorkeling was only possible at Muri Beach on the entire island, but after checking into The Rarotonga Beach Resort, I discovered that the largest lagoon was in this hotel. When the tide is low, you can not only snorkel and see fish, but also turtles. The beach is exclusively owned by the hotel, so no locals go swimming there. The sea area on the Muri side is open, so everyone can go there. However, the hotel is of island style, surrounded by many plants (so there are a lot of mosquitoes 😅), and some rooms are simple and a bit old. It is recommended to stay in a room above the suite level, as the beach is right outside, which is very convenient. There are fewer beautiful lagoon beaches in Rarotonga, and many of them are only a little bit or are deep sea. For this rare beach, it is worth staying in this not-so-luxurious hotel.
