Kiunkaku, built in 1919 (Taisho 8), is renowned as one of the "Three Great Villas of Atami." The estate features lush gardens and a main building (Japanese-style architecture) that retains the beauty of traditional Japanese houses. Additionally, it boasts a Western-style building that blends Japanese, Chinese, and European decorative elements and styles, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. Highly recommended! Both the architecture and gardens are stunning. The reception staff are very friendly and provide Chinese audio guides, allowing visitors to learn about Kiunkaku's history. There are also free lockers available, which is really convenient! The Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, living areas, and bathrooms are all so beautiful—you'll wish you could live in this villa!
