2025 Antu Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in June)

Antu County is in eastern Jilin Province, in the southeast of the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. The county borders the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to the south. Antu County is home to picturesque landscapes like those of Heaven Lake (Tianchi) on Paektu Mountain, the Yaowang Valley, and Laolike Lake. There are also the cultural sites of the Paektu Mountain Temple, ancient tower, and ancient wall. In its attempt to develop the local Paektu Mountain culture, Antu has developed new attractions: the Paektu Mountain Culture Expo Grounds, Erlong (“Two Dragons”) Mountain Park, and the Hongqi (“Red Flag”) Korean Folk Village in Wanbao.
