ACARI CAFE uses local ingredients and seafood from Tokushima. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, including fish and meat dishes, as well as desserts such as Wasanbon pudding and Awa Bancha pudding. During the hot summer days, we especially recommend the sudachi somen. This dish features Handa somen topped with a generous amount of Tokushima-grown sudachi, giving it a refreshing appearance. Pair it with Tokushima's fried bamboo shoots and fried shiitake mushrooms for an even better experience.
