5 THINGS YOU MUST KNOW ABOUT AMSTERDAM 🌸 🇳🇱 🛶

In our opinion Amsterdam is one of the most fun capitals in Europe because there are unlimited activities to go on and the city is just suuuuuper beautiful 😍 Here are some tips to make the most out of your trip: Ps. A big Amsterdam + Netherlands Guide is now live on YouTube „The Travel Tellers“ (Linked on stories + bio) 🗺️ Places to visit / Things to do: 1.Damrak in the city center (go early!) ❤️ This particular spot is beautiful to take a photo but the whole center looks basically like a postcard 😅 2.The Flower fields near Lisse (they bloom in Spring and the best way to get around is by car) 🌼 3.Madame Tussauds (to be honest: we only went there for this window 🤣) 4.Flower Markets 5.Bar Super Lyan at Kimpton the Witt 6.Boat Tour along the canals 7. Sloterdijk Station (cute photo spot) 8.Rijksmuseum (dogs are not allowed in the inside unfortunately) 9.The Inntel Hotel looks so cool from the outside 😁 10.Bike Tour (Ask for a cargo bike to bring your dog 🐻‍❄️) Other places: De Beurs Passage, Brouwersgracht & Prinsengracht, Jordan & the Windmills in Zaanse Schans. Don’t forget to go to a cheese tasting 🧀 🤤 🍝 Where to eat / drink The most fun places are the vending machines 🤣 But if you want to enjoy a nice atmosphere we can recommend: -Famous apple pie: Winkel 43 -Mellys Stroopwaffels (be prepared for a long line) -Duchees -Cheese Tasting at Albert Hejn -MaMa Kelly (pink Restaurant) -Celia at Kimpton de Witt 🏨 Where to stay We stayed at Kimpton the Witt and Nhow Amsterdam Rai and loved both hotels (both allow big dogs) 😍 Another cool experience was to stay on a house boat 🛶 🚗 How to get around Please leave your car outside of the city center 😅 It is a pain to drive around in the tiny streets and there are sooooo many bikes 🚲 The public transport is great but most places can be reached by walking 🐾 🐶 Is Amsterdam dog friendly? YES YES YES!
