This small town is the closest to the border crossing to Thailand, with a direct train from here back to Padang Besar. There's also Aman Central, a shopping mall where you can shop and find delicious food. Don't miss out on Krispy Kreme to take back to Thailand. Beryl's, a famous Malaysian chocolate shop, is also available, with prices similar to those in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. If you're visiting this mall, I highly recommend getting some Taiwanese fried chicken. It tastes 100% like Taiwanese fried chicken. It's incredibly delicious, crispy, and incredibly delicious.
