Epic 3-Day Travel Guide: Must-See Sights, Hot Eats & Pro Tips!🌟

📅 Itinerary Day 1: Kick off your adventure with some major sightseeing! Start early and grab a coffee for that energy boost. Head straight to the city’s most iconic spot—don’t forget to snap a pic for Insta! Check out the historic downtown area for cute little shops and hidden gems. If the weather’s nice, stroll through the main park (usually open from sunrise to sunset). Trust me, those views are next-level. 🤳💥 Day 2: Get ready for culture overload. Hit up the city’s best museum (usually opens around 10am—perfect for a lazy start). Try to catch a walking tour or explore local street art for that totally viral vibe. In the afternoon, chill at a trendy café downtown. A visit to the famous square (open area, all day) is a must—especially for people-watching and epic sunsets. 🌇✨ Day 3: Time to live like a local! Go for brunch at a spot known for its must-try specialty (see Food Recommendations below). Explore a cute neighborhood full of colorful buildings and indie boutiques. If you’re feeling extra, check out a local market (usually opens 8am–5pm) and snack your way through. Save time to relax at a spa or hit up the city’s best rooftop bar for those "cheers!" moments. 🥂🌃 🏨 Accommodation Stay central for max convenience! Book a stylish hotel on Trip.com close to downtown or the main attractions, so you’re never far from the action. Most hotels offer comfy amenities like free WiFi and breakfast, making your morning super chill. 🍴 Food Recommendations You absolutely HAVE to try the city’s signature dish—it's sooo good! Go for dinner at a restaurant known for its local flavors (check Trip.com for top-rated options with handy addresses). Brunch spots with epic pancakes and creative coffee drinks are also a major vibe. For street eats, hit up the night market after 6pm—food heaven! 😋🍔 📌 Tips - Always check each spot’s opening hours before you go—some museums are closed Mondays! - Save locations on your phone to make navigation a breeze. - Most places take card, but keep a little cash for the markets. - Comfy shoes are a must—prepare to walk LOTS! - For easy, safe bookings and hot deals, use Trip.com every time. #2023travelwish #tripblazers #portugal This year's trip to Algarve Portugal was beautiful. Portugal's southern coastal region really surpised me how different it was to the capital. Having only one airport in the region we found it easy to travel from the Faro airport city to our final destination in Lagos- a 2hour train journey but it was well worth it! We went there for the relaxed vibe. We visited the famous Benegil cave and Carvoeiro town with lovely colourful hours. We did a crazy thing and walked 4 hours from one town to another taking the route along the cliff edges in flip flops! Highly recommend visiting there it was one of our highlights as well as Portimao's beautiful beach. Next year 2023 I hope to visit Kyoto, Japan again as it has been a while since I went to Asia as of Covid!
