My experience in room 1057 at the West Walk Retaj Hotel was unforgettable; the facilities are superb and the ambiance is quite inviting. All members of the staff were friendly and accommodating. When I informed Mr. Arif that my room needed cleaning, he promptly called his team to handle it. I genuinely appreciate his efforts, thank you Mr. Arif & Ibrahim from the Housekeeping team certainly deserve recognition. He was professional, approachable, and consistently helpful.
