Lunch in the French Garden at Caumont Centre d'Art

Today, we had lunch at an 18th-century mansion in Aix-en-Provence called Caumont Centre d'Art. This stunning architectural gem has been transformed into a venue for art exhibitions, events, and performances. On the ground floor, there's a restaurant with both indoor and open-air seating in the garden area. Spring weather is perfect, so we chose to sit in the garden surrounded by fountains and lush green lawns. The vibe was absolutely delightful. The menu offers a variety of salads, and we opted for the salmon and seafood salad with fresh, crispy vegetables. For those who enjoy quiche, they serve freshly baked ones straight from the oven, aromatic and delicious. We ended the meal with desserts like tarts, waffles, chocolate cake, or ice cream, paired with a cup of coffee. It truly made my day!
