Exceptional Hotel Service Experience

Wow – truly remarkable! This was undoubtedly the finest service we've ever encountered at a hotel. Rinki， our hostess， ensured we had everything needed. Instead of a conventional reception desk， guests are paired with a hostess who checks in daily via WhatsApp. The service was personal， with any request handled promptly. Rinki made us feel valued， not just another guest. She personally checked in with us every day - such a lovely person. The food was excellent， absolutely delicious at every meal， and was cooked to order. There were plenty of options， and you could have your meals prepared to your liking， whether it was breakfast eggs or a stir fry for dinner. Friendly waitstaff delivered the food， with a special mention to Haydie， Nabeel， Merina， and Wintri， who were exceptionally great. Suresh was amazing at the bar， offering cocktail lessons， drink tips， or just friendly conversations. The bar staff knew our preferences， and often our favorite drinks were delivered directly to our loungers. Our water bungalow was stunning， featuring a glass window in the floor， an open bathroom， and a beautiful view. We recommend choosing the side with a private pool and sunset view. We indulged in a floating breakfast， adding to the luxurious experience. During our 8-day stay， we enjoyed complimentary visits to the underwater restaurant and massages. The underwater restaurant was surreal， with sharks and fish swimming by， offering an incredible experience and delicious food. The massages were splendid， with thoughtful care from Vuli， Komang， Nuima， and Pebri， who helped our bad backs significantly.This resort， for adults only， provides a perfect relaxation haven. The immaculate surroundings ensure tranquility. While you can visit the family side， we cherished the peaceful side we were on. Snorkeling every day revealed numerous fish and sharks. Masks and fins are provided， though we brought our own. Access to the sea is straightforward， with many entry points from the beach and a complimentary boat ride to snorkel. The sunset boat trip was marvelous. This resort is truly exceptional， and we highly recommend experiencing it firsthand.
