Favourite South Indian Cuisine

#celebrateit During my travel to South India, I’ve finally got to eat this amazing cuisine. I have had a few like idli, dosa etc before but I was really excited to try these here for the authenticity! Dosa is similar to a crepe as it’s crispy but made of rice and idli sambar is steamed rice served with spicy lentil stew. Most South Indian food has a variety of vegetarian options which is perfect for those who don’t eat meat. The thalis are also a great starters as it’s filling and full of flavours. Best place to celebrate the holidays with good food.
