Stayed at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad Gujarat India for a couple of days for business and had lunch at their eSsence restaurant. it is well decorated and the servicing staffs are all very polite, helpful and attentive. I was having early lunch and basically I have like 7-8 persons attending to my needs, explaining the type of food they offering etc. it is a very good experience and their Indian food selection is awesome. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad city centre India for a couple of days for Business. The lobby is pretty grand with spacious area. The staffs at reception are polite and provided good services. There is nice lighting at the main lobby. Just beside main lobby, there is coffee place which is cosy to relax while waiting for friends. Overall this is pretty good hotel to stay for both leisure or business trip.

Staying at the Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad city centre for a couple of days for business. Visited their Swimming pool, spas and gym area. The swimming pool is not deep and above ground, so must be careful when getting into the pool. The pool was well maintained and look cleaned. There is a small spas area where they will provide some massage and even hair cut if you keen. As for the gym, it is well stock in terms of fitness equipment and quite spacious. While jogging on track mill, you can overlook the swimming pool. Nice!

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad India for a couple of nights and had breakfast at their essence cafe. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the layout of good for finding different type of food. There are vegetarian, non vegetarian, drinks, fruits and dessert sections. The servicing staffs are polite, friendly and provided good service. The vegetarian options are wide spread and the food is really good.

Momo Cafe at Courtyard Marriott Ahmedabad
Breakfast in the most important meal of the day. Each time I am overseas, beside the hotel room, the next thing I look forward to is the hotel's breakfast buffet. I was staying at the courtyard by marriott Ahmedabad in India and their buffet breakfast did not disappoint. The breakfast is held at Momo Cafe.
There were live food stations and staff were excellently trained as they serve hotel guests well with deliciously cooked food. Being in India, there were lots of Indian breakfast items like paratha and dosa, etc and also international stations like egg omelette stations, juices and bread rolls. And there's a station with a staff brewing for you Chai tea. Love it! Momo cafe is big, spacious and clean, with natural light shinning in, making it a bright and nice place to dine in.

Most Comfortable Stay in Ahmedabad
I had the most comfortable stay in Ahmedabad and the hotel, courtyard by marriott Ahmedabad truly didn't disappoint. Their hotel lobby was nicely decorated with a huge Christmas tree and had several Christmas designs up as well, giving guests a nice Christmas feel when you first enter the hotel.
Even their twin room, which i was staying in had a floral decoration on the bed and it was neat, spacious and clean. The beds kept me sleeping well. The design of the room and bath room were modern and had all the amenities I needed. I love the hospitality and great service from the hotel staff too. It's always amazing to be in Ahmedabad and I wish I could be back often to visit, both the country and the hotel that I am staying in.

Twin Deluxe, Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad
Any hotels under the Marriott brand name are awesome and for that matter, I chose to stay at Courtyard by Marriott, when I was in Ahmedabad. I was amazed by the hotel's hospitality and how clean and the grand the hotel was. As always, staff in Marriott are always going above and beyond.
I was staying in their twin deluxe room and I have nothing but praises. The room is simple but spacious enough with ample amenities. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's rest. The toilet has no bath tub but that's fine since I do not have a habit of soaking in a tub.
The only down point of this hotel is that it is not in a convenient location. Otherwise, everything about this hotel is excellent.

Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad
Nice Hotel with token of welcoming gift after check in on the bed. Besides, they have variety of choices for breakfast at the Cafe in the morning, love their breakfast especially their Masala Dosa is so yummy ! Having a glass of ABCG (Apple, Beetroot, Carrots + Ginger) Juice is great way to detox the body too in the morning !

When you are in Admedabad, one definitely has to visit the Adalaj stepwell. It is one of the most famous step wells in Admedabad, and one that has magnificent architectural designs and one so rich in heritage and history.
You must be wondering what is a step well? In the past, Step wells are used to be a collection site for rain water and these places often provided a resting area for traders and pilgrims on their journey, passing these stepwells. Adalaj is a 5 storey high step well and be marveled with its beauty. Believe it or not, the architectural design of Adalaj stepwell is designed in a way where the inner temperature is always cooler than the outside. This makes the place even more amazing.
The Adalaj stepwell is opened everyday. It's truly an awesome place to visit in Ahmedabad. Wish I can fly there to visit this beauty again!

The stepwell was built by Mahmud Begada in 1411, to commemorate Queen Rudabai, wife of Veersinh, the Vaghela chieftain. It served both a utilitarian and spiritual purpose for the people around. A number of people from villages around once filled water from this stepwell.
Great place to see heritage of architecture in Gujarat. Detailings are so amazing. Must visit site. It's deep into the ground, when you entering into the ground, you will start slowly unveiling the layers below the ground and it leads towards the main water body. Spectacular..!

Ahmedabad International Airport
Visited Ahmedabad Gujarat India for a couple of days for business and flying from their international airport. There is security to check before you can enter their main terminal. All checked bags have to go through screening before you can checked in. At the security screening, you have to removed all portable battery, mobile phones, chargers out as you go through the screening which I believe this is not common in many airports. There are total of just 10 gates. This is a very small airport. With the level of security, make sure you arrive 3hrs ago scheduled flight time.
