A dream place to visit in Spring!

#springwander #abusimbeltemple Visiting the Abu Simbel temple has been a childhood dream of mine. I finally made it come true this spring. This temple has so much history. The details and sheer size of the temple are awe-inspiring. The entrance has massive statues of Ramses 2 and really gives you a grand feeling. It’s situated close to Lake Nasser which brings a nice breeze which is perfect for spring. Do hire a tour guide to get a good background behind the temple. The temple is beautiful beyond words. Beware of scammers at this place. You can take a day trip from Aswan or directly fly to Abu Simbel. Either way, you are in for a great spring outing. Do come.
