#wecreate 📍 Naree Thai Massage & Spa by Chiang Mai Women Correctional Centre 100 Rajchavithi Road Sriphum subdistrict, Chiang Mai 50200 Thailand. ✨ The Chiang Mai Women's Correctional Institution offers massage courses for inmates to have an easier transition back in society. It is part of it's rehabilitation and vocational program for convicts. When you step foot into the massage parlour, everyone is smiling, from the prison guards to masseurs. There isn't a single creepy vibe to this place, other than the surveillance cameras in the parlour. They even serve a hot cup of Thai red tea after the treatment and I think that this place is an excellent idea to reintegrate people back in society! 💲Price was around 200 THB for a 1 hour massage. Although it is a little far from the city center, it is worth it for the peaceful environment. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus for easy travel. It is only a few minutes' drive to Tha Phae Gate and the night market, which is convenient and fast. Although the location is relatively remote, it allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy complete relaxation. ▪️The hotel is decorated with traditional Thai elements, giving you a sense of immersion in the local culture. The front desk staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. They even offer welcome tea while you wait to check in. The hotel has a wide range of facilities, including a unique swimming pool, buffet breakfast, gym, and spa. It is worth mentioning that the gym requires staff to turn on the air conditioning, but the overall facilities and services are very satisfactory. 🛌✨The room experience is really great. Our room was super spacious, with a huge double bed that you could lie on and stretch out. The bedding was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a large bathtub, which always made you feel like a bath was the best way to end the day. The room was well-equipped, and the hotel even prepared a honeymoon cake for us during our honeymoon, which was thoughtful and considerate. 🏖️There are plenty of activities around the resort, such as participating in various travel programs arranged by the hotel. We once visited temples and local villages with a private guide near the mountains, which was very interesting. Of course, you can also enjoy spa and massage services at the hotel, which is a great way to relax. The hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich, with Thai and American options. We especially recommend the omelet here, which is simply irresistible. 🚗🍽️There are also many fun places and restaurants nearby, although you may need to spend some time walking or taking a tuk-tuk. You can try the authentic food at the nearby Khao-so-i restaurant, or enjoy a delicious Thai meal at the Pho Thit Thai restaurant. For dinner, you can go to The Service 1921 Restaurant & Bar for a fine dinner. If you want to have a drink, Tiger Bar is a good choice. In short, Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai is definitely a great place for both family and couple vacations. It is quiet, comfortable, and offers high-quality service. Siri Muang Paow Cafe: It may seem small, but it's not small with a well-designed space. If you take a step inside, you will find souvenir shops and products from the community. There are cute postcards for us to write to someone special. As you walk through the entrance, you will find a cafe that offers coffee, other drinks, homemade rose pastries, and rose tea that can be purchased as souvenirs. The seating area of the cafe is spacious and cozy. It was built by King Tilokarat, the King of the Mangrai Dynasty of Lanna, in 1998 and invited Phra Uttamapanya Mahathera to be the first abbot along with planting the Bodhi tree, he named the temple Photharam Mahawihan. however, because the temple has seven Chedis, people generally call it. Wat Jed Yod. The temple is made of laterite decorated with stucco patterns, similar to the Mahabodhi temple in Bodh Gaya, India. The base of figures of deities all around, both sitting cross-legged and standing in different patterns. Special too, first time seeing porridge with a whole century egg and meat balls are really tasty as well. seats are also unique, good for photos. Do also check out the unique decoration and plates used to decorate walls when you are here if you want to take some pictures. If you find some place to stay which is peacefule, natural, beautiful. This is the only answer. I went there 1st time last 3year with my boyfriend. There is no signal. Only wifi at lobby. So you can enjoy the nature, activities without social media.
