Notice:

1. The pick-up and drop-off service is a shared service, picking up guests along the same route as their hotel. Please do not leave the lobby within 30 minutes of being picked up. The driver will wait at the hotel for a maximum of 5 minutes (not a 30-minute wait at a single hotel). Missing the pick-up will be considered a voluntary cancellation, and the fee will not be refunded.

2. The carpooling service may arrive at your hotel late. If it takes more than 15 minutes, please contact customer service and our staff will assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

3. Vehicles in Chiang Mai do not have trunks, so it is not possible to bring luggage with the tour. Please be aware of this.

4. The itinerary time is for reference only. The actual time for each activity is subject to change based on the actual situation, and the order of activities may be adjusted depending on the availability of resources on the day. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Children under 120cm tall are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat.

3. Tiger Kingdom Tickets

Children: Must be 130cm or taller (children under 130cm can purchase the Little Golden Tiger Baby Package for an additional 450 baht per person, and one adult must also purchase the Little Golden Tiger Baby Package to accompany the child).
