The fast-track service at Thailand's four major airports is only applicable to Chinese passport holders eligible for visa exemption. If you hold a passport from another country, please select the package "Fast-Track Service for Other Nationalities [Personal Greeting + Exclusive VIP Express Immigration]".

7: The passport must have no adverse records. If any exist, please inform us in advance (e.g., previously holding a Thai Buddhist study visa, volunteer visa, extending a pandemic visa more than twice, staying over one month per entry, multiple round-trip visits within a year, detention, visa denial, deportation, re-entry permit, or overstays—all constitute adverse records).

For the following situations, please select the option with the "Guaranteed Clearance" label. Additional fees may apply for severe cases.

If the applicant is genuinely studying in Thailand, the school must provide relevant documentation as a guarantee. Customs officers may call the school to verify the information.)

Note: The guaranteed clearance service ensures 100% passage under any circumstances. Even if you are deported on the same day, you can re-enter immediately as long as the guaranteed clearance is in place.

If you are a citizen of the People's Republic of China and hold both a domestic passport and a passport from another country (e.g., Vanuatu, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.), you will not be eligible for the express clearance service.

Due to control policies, customers with Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, or Türkiye origins will not be eligible for the fast-track clearance service. We appreciate your understanding.

Customers under 20 years old traveling alone are not eligible for the fast-track service.

Foreign passport holders traveling from the Philippines to Thailand are also not eligible for the fast-track clearance service.
