The Salad Concept

The salad concept on Nimman Road in Chiang Mai is the most delicious and richest salad shop I have ever eaten. In addition to the fixed combinations on the menu, there are more than 20 ingredients and sauces to mix freely. It is definitely a must-go for salad lovers! Even if you don’t like to eat vegetables, you will say when you come here: I didn’t know that vegetables can be so delicious😱

I had mentioned this shop in my guide before going to Chiang Mai, but I didn't look for it specifically. The hotel I booked was on Nimman Road, so when I was ready to go back after shopping, I just passed by this shop. It was really easy to get it. The dining environment is divided into indoor and outdoor, and most of the shops here have places to sit outdoors. But ordering food is a bit troublesome, and the waiter doesn't speak Chinese. And his salad looks good, but I'm too lazy to bother, so I just ordered a beef salad and something like rice. Because I ate a lot of snacks outside in the afternoon, I wasn't hungry at night. The banana milkshake I ordered for drinks tasted good, not as sweet as those made in China. The beef salad tasted good, the vegetables in it were very fresh, the beef was also good, and there was a vinegar-like sauce underneath, which was good. My mother's order was a failure because it was too spicy. The price is as shown in the picture below, and it also supports Alipay payment

A salad shop on Ningman Road. The salads are good, and the pasta is just so-so. The environment is pretty good for Ningman Road, a little more bourgeois, but generally acceptable, albeit a little expensive.

There are set meals (already matched) or you can order each element to combine your own salad. It is recommended to order the set meal, which is convenient for communicating with the waiter. 3. The environment is good and the taste is OK. After eating Thai food for a few days, eating grass can adjust. 4. The butterfly pea flower drink is very unique, the color is very beautiful, but it tastes nothing special, haha~
