Essential services and amenities that formed part of the accommodation purchase were unavailable for a significant portion of our stay. Specifically, we were without air conditioning, television service, Wi-Fi, room lighting, and bathroom lighting. Additionally, the gym, spa, pool facilities, and elevator service were completely unavailable. Throughout the outage, the hotel provided little to no communication regarding the situation, expected duration, or available alternatives. Poor communication. At checkout, I was advised that no refund would be provided."
