The staff were kind and helpful, especially the receptionists. One of them, Amir, helped us with several things during our stay and made everything easier for us. "I stayed at Indiana Hotel in Van, Turkey, for 5 nights and had a mixed experience. The breakfast was decent and tasty, offering a good variety to start the day. The beds were okay, though not particularly comfortable, but they were manageable for a short stay. The hotel’s location is a big plus, being close to shopping centers and supermarkets, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, there were some downsides. The hotel is right next to a busy bus station in the city center, and the constant honking from drivers until 11:00 PM was incredibly disruptive. There was no air conditioning in my room, which made it less comfortable, especially in warmer weather. While the room itself was clean, I noticed some stains on the provided towels, so I avoided using them. Overall, it’s an okay choice for budget travelers, but the noise and lack of AC were significant drawbacks."
