He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.
