Hot spring Hotels in Turkler

We first came to this hotel in 2014 or 2015. Compared to that time, it seems like everything is there in terms of food, but most of it is appearance. The quality of the ingredients used in the food is very bad. No one looks at the face of the sausage egg. It's that bad. Especially they prepared a fish table, I said ok, this time I bought every fish that will be good, little by little. Or is it all made with sour? I think the reason they make it sour is to suppress the bad taste. There is kebab on the beach side at noon. It's the only delicious thing. The master tray maker gives it with his salad. As for the food, I did not participate much, but the entertainment side is good. Pools are not very clean. We came already knowing that the sea is bad. Aquapark was so much fun.

We stayed at the Alaiye resort and spa and overall had a mixed experience. We have stayed 15+ all inclusives, including 5 in Antalya so am comparing this to those. Location: 4/5. Not in the Antalya or Alanya, but close to the private beach (very crowded, not enough loungers), and plenty of shops and some bars and restaurants a very short walk away. The sandy beach was clean, with warm water although was very busy. Hotel: 3/5. Overall clean and well presented. It's quite crowded so not much green space but has what you need. Most guests were russian/polish/German but a few English. WiFi was very frustrating. Very rare you were connected for more than 10 minutes, had to constantly disconnect and reconnect. Very slow when you were connected. Every day we had to re login with passport number and room number, sometimes that failed and had to speak to reception. Housekeeping was fine, and came most days. Food. 2/5. Very repetitive. We had basically stew and rice every dinner. It was hot at least. The a la carte (Chinese) was beautifully presented but very poor, worst Chinese ever. Avoid! The snack bar made good pizza. There was no flair for dinner, normally I've found a pasta station, maybe a theme night but no, just the same food every day. If you got to dinner after the first sitting you had to get your own cutlery by getting from other half used tables or draws. One night I was carrying my baby and wanted a fork, was told just to go to a cupboard and look for one (there wasn't one). No table service for drinks. Drinks were ok, except they kept running out of Malibu and Baileys. Entertainment 2/5. The animation team was very small, and just did darts, volleyball and aerobics. There was no engagement, no team dance, no getting to know the guests. Derin who organisied the darts was friendly and the best from the team. Every day there was water aerobics, but one day there were only 3 participants (all in the pool ready to go). Animation team turned up, said it was 5 minimum, and walked away! It should run even if it was 1. Very lazy. Only good thing was the evening entertainment, which was excellent, and probably the best we've seen. 4pm pool game was the only 'fun' team game, but that was only every few days and frequently cancelled. Staff 2/5. Most staff seemed very miserable, no smiles from any of the bar staff, often doing the minimum possible. It was almost like none of them had been paid recently and were unhappy, and a guest asking for a drink or something was an inconvenience. Ozcan (garden bar) especially was the grumpiest bar man ever. There was no attempt to get feedback on our trip, and I don't think I heard a staff member say 'hello', 'welcome', 'please' or 'thank you' (apart from the 4 listed below). Only exceptions were: Derin - animation, friendly and actually said hello Mehmet - restaurant. Very friendly  Osman - (young guy). Had a smile Hakim - (pizza guy), very friendly with a smile. Disgusting dirty hotel, staff were moody and unhelpful, over charged in the hotel shop by €20 and didn’t notice until later! On entrance to the room the toilet was soiled and covered in dirty tissues, HOUSE KEEPING NEVER COME (I was there for 10 days!!) We had to go in the maids cupboard ourselves to get our bedding, I also had allgergic reactions to the bedding, the air con was switched to HOT?!? And we couldn’t get any cold air even though it was 26 degrees outside. WE CALLED RECEPTION MULTIPLE TIMES TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD HELP WITH THE ABOVE ISSUES BUT THEY NEVER CAME TO HELP. We asked for a refund as we had all got food poisoning (the food is DISGRACEFUL by the way, if you enjoyed everything pickled then you’ll love this…) there were at LEAST 43 people I got in touch with who’d also come down with food poisoning all at the same time, messaged love holidays to message the hotel, BLACK MOULD all over the air con the hotel REFUSED to acknowledge the issues I’d mentioned and NEVER REFUNDED US, the hotel needs bulldozing and the staff in it need a shake up. For reference I’m a 29 year old woman who’s travelled to all corners of the world (including New Delhi etc) and I’ve never been treated like I was at this hotel. NEVER COME HERE, you’ll realise exactly why my statements are true as soon as you arrive here.

I am never one to be picky or write a bad review, but I would advise to avoid this place! Just got home as a party of 10, 6 of us all have confirmed salmonella, severe sickness and diarrhoea. Been fine all holiday, as soon as we got home we got hit with it. I’ve been to some third world countries but never come home with this! Food is awful, pretty much starved all holiday as there wasn’t much to our liking. Food was luke warm, the fresh salad and meats all had an off smell to them. I wouldn’t class this as all inclusive as you have to pay for certain things, everything came at an extra cost. It was constant money orientated, tip boxes everywhere, felt obliged to tip everyone and every service you had. The hotel and rooms are very clean and presentable, can see the staff look after it and keep it to a high standard. Entertainment was non existent, some on the island but again came at an extra cost such as the bingo…18 EUR for a box! There were 2 pools in the hotel, one had a really bad drain issue where it stank the whole area out. No water slides in the hotel, even though were advertised, you had to go to the island for them but was rammed as shared with other hotels. The beach was lovely as well as the other pools on the island. There is plenty to do in the day, even extra excursions which were really good, highly recommend the safari one! Staff in general were lovely, however had a feeling that they have given up as it is the end of season. Highly recommend the spa too, the staff were lovely and was reasonably priced. However in conclusion to this I sadly would not return, I would advise doing your research before booking this hotel.

Our 2nd year here, we love it, the rooms are lovely and comfortable, we were in room 8006 beach 6, lovely room and views to die for, we had our own very special young man, Kaan the butler, we can not thank him enough for looking after us, nothing was too much trouble, he is an asset to the hotel, all the staff are very polite and always said hello. The hotel is absolutely spotless so well done to the staff, from reception to cleaners to gardening and bar staff waiters and waitresses a very big thank you.

We arrived home Tuesday after a lovely week here. I’m going to mention the only bad bit first, when we arrived at the hotel after travelling all day, when the guy at reception started his speech about how the Marin hotel (next door) was much nicer than here, even showed us pictures comparing, he obviously wanted us to pay to upgrade, I politely declined and said we were more than happy with the village, he then got quite stroppy, gave us our room key and didn’t bother to explain where our room was, didn’t even give us our wristbands, which we went back the next morning and sorted them ourselves! But like I said, that was the only bad part We couldn’t fault the hotel at all, rooms were lovely, cleaned daily and the maids were very friendly The restaurant was nice, we enjoyed breakfast, was lots to choose from, same with the evening meals, the staff were really friendly, especially Ahmet who made a fuss of our boy and he enjoyed seeing him every day The facilities were great, we only used the pools and slides here on one of the day as we spent our days at the Island which was fantastic, the slides were amazing, our 6 yr old had the best time, so did we. The lunch here was delicious, so much choice, enjoyed it very much. All in all we had a great week here, and would most definitely come back. Also to mention we read the bad reviews and were slightly worried but no need to be, we eat and drank, went in all the pools, in fact our son was in the water more than he was out of it, no sickness!!
