White City Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel territory is very nice, big and comfortable. The hotel has modern facilities and kids entertainments. Unfortunately, the hotel service is one of the worst, food is not clean, dishes and spoons always has dirt or remaining food. Almost in each dish I can catch piece of hair or something. There are no enough employees to serve in the restaurants and bars. Therefore, employees are overloaded and does not feel comfortable to help. The food has nice products but missing the good taste (they need to invest on a good chief). I really feel sorry for this amazing hotel and facilities to be spoiled due to management does not do their job and not investing on people who works.

The staff was kind and generous with the questions I asked. The food was OUTSTANDING, beautiful to the eye and to the taste. One of the best buffet I have ever seen and tasted. The view was amazing and the room was so clean. I will definitely come again

The hotel itself is gorgeous! We arrived late and exhausted, check in was quick and painless however the bellboy that took us to our room made us very embarrassed waiting around for his tip as I couldn’t remember what bag had the currency in so I ended up scrambling through bags in a panic and obviously didn’t give him enough as he rather rudely left. The mini bar in your room is chargeable after you drink the first supply, only water is free. The room we had was lovely, clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and extra pillows etc. we had a walk in shower and our balcony was nice and big which overlooked the car park (side sea view). The maid was so lovely, she couldn’t do enough for us. She left little towel animals, notes, petals in our room every day. We had a daily surprise off her which was a nice touch. The pool and bar are was clean and there was never any fight for a sunbed or somewhere to sit in the bar area. The bar areas has lots of different seating areas with comfy couches under umbrellas to tables and chairs under shelter. There is a large selection of local drinks and the bar guys aren’t shy on the measures. The cocktails are great and includes. There’s coffee bars, ice cream bars and a juice bar but this isn’t included in AI. The infinity pool is fab but has limited loungers so you do have to get there early to get a lounger. You do get the usual reserved beds which aren’t used all day aswell. The pier area is ideal for sunbathing and again has loads of loungers to choose from. The beach is secluded and again always had loungers free. It’s a stone beach so flip flops is a must. The beach bar area and veranda is great for chilling, has comfy couches, massive umbrellas and a nice vibe. The snack bar serves a wide selection of meals not just your usually hot dogs, burgers and chips. The hotel itself is amazing but we found there was one thing that left it down…. The food! The quality and choice was ok but in the week we was there we didn’t have once hot meal, everything we ate was like warm or cold. The only hot food was from the bbq bar. Breakfast was a bit weird we were offered anything from sprouts to chips, yoghurt soup to cold boiled eggs! All in all we had a lovely holiday, the staff were great and helpful with the exception of 1, would we return, yes if they sorted the food issue as everything else was perfect.

It was our first time in this hotel and everything about the experience was perfect, staff were amazing and very attentive. Cleaness was also 100%, food was also brilliant there were many options for every meal. The annimation crew were also amazing there was something different on every night for entertainment.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience, and we will highly recommend it. Nurcan the hotel mmanager is a great host and hotel is well presented with lots of activities for all. I will come back here in the nearest future, the hotel also offers occasional drive to local shopping centres.

What an incredible hotel and city to holiday in. From the day we arrived to the day we left, their service was top notch. They have a violin player call Baris who will serenade you with different types of music whilst relaxing in the lobby. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience which we did. The locals were all amazing, friendly and could not stop appreciating us as human. From the manger to the kitchen, reception, cleaning, entertainment, bartender, and restaurants staffs were all incredible. I will 1000% recommend this hotel and would love to bring my family back here. Thank you Antalya and white city resort for the love shown towards us all.

Great animation team (especially Jonny, Furkan, and Ahmet), got everyone involved and explained every activity inside and outside the hotel that was on offer. Would love to come back here next year- plenty to do around the pool and in the evenings. Would recommend

Stayed at this hotel for 14 nights lovely hotel and grounds. Don’t expect to much in the restaurant as the food was always cold no matter what time of day the same at the snack bar always cold. Don’t expect to be served drinks in the restaurant as it’s none existent the waiters only serve those who tip.
