I am only writing this review because trip.com has bad reviews.
I want to thank the company for a wonderful vacation, ours was chic, they offered champagne, instead of an economy room they gave a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I will say the opposite, in my experience the trip was excellent🙏 I will definitely book hotels and more than once through this site. As for the hotel, the hotel is cool, the food is good, the area is large, there is any alcohol, I advise 🙏 I am a public person, through me and my adverti*****t many of my subscribers came to rest in this hotel and they liked everything 🙏

Arrived Wednesday 13th with my partner and my experience so far has been absolutely unbelievable! "Can" or "johnny" has been amazing keeping us entertained and keeping us involved! Food is fantastic, plenty to choose from, rooms are spotless and our bartender soner has been amazing keeping us topped up and his cocktails are phenomenal! Dogca has been our favourite waiter so far, very chatty & friendly! Really looking forward to rest of our holiday!

Great food, a huge selection of fish that is fried fresh for you. Lots of other dishes, everyone will find something for themselves. Great mini aquapark with slides, orange one was my favourite. The best bartenders, especially Mustafa. See you next year ;)

Loved this holiday it was better for us than land of legends. Foam party. Party nights, entertainment team is brilliant and so friendly especially Tunco he us amazing will definitely be back. Brilliant will be coming back highly recommend xx

Went for a 10 night trip with the family, came back a week ago. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The main buffet (breakfast 8-10, lunch 12-2 and dinner 6-8) was nice with a good selection of foods and desserts. The beach restuarant (12-4) was great with freshly made burgers and steaks, and ice cream was available from either poolside restaurant or the patisserie. Drinks were spot on, good selection of non alcoholic mocktails, which come under the kids menu The spa guys are persistent, always trying to get you booked in for a massage. I have a feeling it's operated by an external company. Entertainment at night can be loud and continues till around 12:30am poolside. It's not every night though, it was on for 3 out of the 10 nights. Strange entertainment considering its a family resort. Poor DJ with some scantily clad females dancing around on stage. Special mention to the waiters Selami and Ferhat. Went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel and if nothing else tickles my fancy next year, we will be returning

Visited 10/04 for 2 weeks with all the family for a birthday celebration, & we've had the most wonderful 2 weeks - the best hotel we've stayed at! Everything is so well maintained , the food caters for everyone - even fussy eaters !! The staff I have to comment on the most - they are all absolutely brilliant, so kind & friendly and to be honest they've probably made our holiday! Big shout out to Can, salami mustafa !! They have been amazing , as have all the rest of the staff here. Rooms are fab, we're staying in a duplex , fridge re stocked everyday. I cannot fault it whatsoever, highly recommend! Thanks for a blast haydarpasha! X

We have just returned from our holiday here. From start to finish brilliant staff from all of them. Ibrahim in reception nothing too much for him to help us. The daytime and nightime entertainment from children to adults was really. One person in particular stood out for me was Tunco who was great with kids and adults alike. Food was good but mainly for eastern europeans not Brits but we found something to eat everyday. Will be back next year for our fourth time

I have never been to a hotel like this where they do so much for the kids!! From. Morning til 5 al day and also come back and do a mini disco on the night also The activities that they do Magic show Bubble show Indian games Baking Lots of little games in between al my little girl love ld it I couldnt get her away! Irina,Alp,Ekaterina,kati,Ilya,Marsha are all so lovely and welcoming!! Will definitely come back to this hotel and kids club is a big part of that!!
