"The service was very thoughtful.
The front desk also upgraded the room from Block B to Block A. The room type was also very good. The interior was spacious and comfortable. The bathing space was large.
The hotel smelled good. The toiletries also smelled good. The breakfast was also very rich.
Especially the bedding in Block A was so comfortable.

"This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!"

大概就屬於中規中矩的温泉度假村，就是對於保定市算是偏遠了，市區打車過去60左右，自駕方便些，如果北京自駕游過去的話出高速收費站一拐彎就到，建議自駕，因為會送農業樂園的票，但是那個農業樂園距離度假村非常遠，不開車過不去的。
房間的話，衹有假日樓跟温泉樓可以直接去温泉，定商務樓的話要走室外走過去，温泉的話容易感冒，訂房最好優先定那兩個樓。不過商務樓的價位稍微便宜些，房型的化還是都不錯的。商務樓的房間也沒有很差，我比較滿意。而且商務樓的吃自助更方便自助餐廳在商務樓哈哈哈。不管定哪個都送雙人温泉票的。酒店暖風非常給力的還是。也有浴缸。在房間泡都行。
服務還是不錯的，都挺客客氣氣，不管是前台，客房，還是温泉那邊，包括自助餐的工作人員都很客氣。
衞生的話整體我覺得還行。温泉還送一次性浴巾，可以帶走的。休息室提供浴衣。温泉池子確實挺多的。不過旅行團會 一車車的拉老頭老太太過去泡温泉。。週末人相當多。。建議週末晚上8點後再去泡温泉。水都泡渾濁了。。。不過換水倒是也挺勤快的。也消毒。水温還行。池子多但是也有額外收費的池子。。人多的時候特色池子因為小。。真的跟澡盆似的人挨着人坐着。。我也沒想到大午現在這麼火。。
自助餐還行。午飯晚飯58一位。58有燒烤有鍋包肉有大蝦有飲料硬菜不少價位還可以的。早飯自助是住酒店送的。我覺得也不錯的。
整體還是開心的，沒那麼多老年團就好了。但是畢竟價格優惠，那肯定還是為了薄利多銷。總之下次還會帶家人來哈哈哈哈甚至酒店小賣部的物價都非常親民哈哈哈哈。"

The small pool at the door played for a long time. Mahjong, billiards, KTV, the large balcony of the room on the third floor, the overall is very good, the boss two are also very nice

She always resolved issues with a proactive attitude, her genuine smile and efficient actions ensuring a high-quality and reassuring experience in every detail of my stay. FFredJiaThe main reason for choosing this one is because it is new. The surrounding B&Bs are either too old or have reviews saying there are many mosquitoes and rats. The hotel is very clean overall, with a slight decoration smell. The service is also quite good. The location is very good, just across the wall from the Jingui Wharf. However, the surrounding environment is a bit messy and the scenic area is not planned.
The room was very clean, but the decoration level and quality were not very good. The water in the newly renovated shower room could actually flow into the dry area. Breakfast and dinner were also too simple.
Overall, the accommodation conditions are at most 500-600 level, which is not worth the current price. If you go there now, you will just go for the new facilities.

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

I've always wanted to see how Xiong'an is developing, and being able to drive to the grand hotel in just two hours on the weekend makes it a great value for time.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent and quite new. The swimming pool, in particular, is fantastic, with separate pools for adults and children, making it very baby-friendly. The water temperature is very comfortable, so babies won't catch a cold. We requested three bed guards and a crib for the room, and these amenities were readily available and very convenient.
Service: All the staff we encountered were very enthusiastic and always resolved any issues promptly.
