"The hotel is located in a quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the service is first-class, proactive and meticulous. I won't go into details inside the hotel. After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!"

"Zhili Cultural Hotel: Encountering Ancient Charm and Comfort I recently visited Baoding and stayed at the Zhili Cultural Hotel. The experience was truly exceptional, and I had to share it with everyone. Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the hotel's grand exterior, blending modernity with elements of Baoding's history and culture. Stepping into the 23rd-floor sky-high hotel lobby, the impressive collection of books and the rich cultural atmosphere made me feel like I was in a palace of art and knowledge. This unique design truly deserves to be the only sky-high hotel lobby in Hebei Province. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quickly checking me in and providing a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. I booked a superior king room. The room was spacious and bright, decorated in an elegant yet warm neo-Chinese style. Warm yellow lighting and natural wood accents made for a relaxing experience. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the Carnation bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also thoughtfully provided both velvet and down pillows, ensuring a comfortable sleep for both soft and firm sleepers. The desk, made of natural marble and solid wood, is incredibly textured and perfect for both work and reading. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas, with adjustable lighting for the mirror and makeup mirror. The toiletries are custom-made from a renowned fragrance brand, creating a lingering, elegant fragrance that makes daily washing a pleasure. The dining experience is even more delightful. The first floor boasts a lively performance stage and an indoor snack street, offering a dazzling array of local specialties. I tried the Baoding donkey hot pot and beef pancakes, and every bite was authentic Baoding flavor. Upstairs, private dining rooms offer full meals, featuring signature dishes like the Governor's Tofu, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared, making them truly delicious. Breakfast is equally rich, offering a full selection of Chinese and Western delicacies, perfect for a vibrant start to the day. The hotel's leisure facilities are also comprehensive. The 24-hour gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring fitness enthusiasts have no worries about their workouts. From the ambiance and amenities to the delicious dining and attentive care, every detail was meticulously considered during my stay at the Zhili Cultural Hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"It is very close to the expressway, and it is very convenient to get on and off the expressway. The room facilities are good, the check-in experience is very good, the environmental sanitation is very good, the service staff are very professional, and they are all in place. It is worthy of being a well-known hotel in Baoding. The concierge took the initiative to help with the luggage when checking in. The lobby manager Huang Qing was professional and enthusiastic. I enjoyed the service of a five-star hotel overall. I will stay here again next time I come to Baoding. It is worth recommending."

"We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel."

"My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

"I drove there, so I chose a hotel with a parking lot. When I arrived early, the parking lot security refused to let me in, saying there was no space, so I went to the attraction first. As a result, the hotel front desk called again and asked for my car number. If there was no parking space, I could contact them to park the car when I returned at noon. There are parking spaces at the venue. Maybe the hotel and restaurant share a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. I went to the front desk before 1 p.m. to ask if I could check in. They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it was downgraded. Anyway, there is no foot bath or treadmill. It is quite quiet and the air conditioning is powerful. It is also a non-smoking room and I gave a small gift. Illy coffee machine. The hotel breakfast is good and rich. The service is also warm. There is also Baoding Library on the first floor. The book is a good experience, right?"

"At first, I hesitated between this hotel and the well-established Zhuozheng Hotel, but finally chose this hotel. After all, it is relatively new and the actual stay was quite good. The bartending equipment in the room is quite innovative. Amanda at the front desk was very nice. She also helped to upgrade the room type. I was very satisfied with my stay. "From the hardware facilities to the software services, from the capsule coffee machine in the room to the unexpectedly rich breakfast, it is worth calling our friends to visit again. Citadines is a high-quality choice that I have taken my old mother to stay in many times across the country, but this one in Baoding is definitely the No. 1 one we stumbled across by accident. It is very close to the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, and underground parking is also very convenient. Remember to go to the basement and turn left. There are obvious signs. Mr. Li at the front desk and Sister Fan at the room service both made us feel warm."
