I have inconvenient foreign language communication, and rely on translation software communication throughout the process. The front desk is always patient, enthusiastic, meticulous and professional. During my stay, I wanted to taste the local special alpaca meat. He specially patiently screened and compared the reputation on the Internet, and recommended the authentic restaurant for me. I went to the dining experience many times. When the TV in the room had a problem with the adjustment, he also came to help debug and solve it as soon as possible. Every day I meet, I will take the initiative to smile and say hello, treat people sincerely and warmly, very friendly. On the day of leaving the store, I had a lot of luggage. He took the initiative to help sort out and carry the luggage downstairs, and carefully assisted in booking a taxi and watched me leave by car smoothly. The quality service of this employee greatly improved the experience of this Sucre trip. It is very rare. I sincerely praise it!"

"Pros: comfortable bed, well located in the middle of the town, close to many good restaurants and the bus to the dinosaur park (best thing to do in sucre). Included breakfast was simple but had a variety of fruit and a bit of bread and butter. Cons: rooms adjacent to the road are very noisy and both nights we stayed we were woken multiple times. The windows are thin and don't lose properly. Ask for a room away from the road and you should have a great night's sleep."

"We stayed here 4 nights during a period of travel in South America. So far it's the best place we've stayed in and half the reason we spent so long in Sucre. The hotel itself is very clean with nice communial areas, including a swimming pool and PCs to use, as well as WIFI. There is also a kitchen that the owner was happy for me to use on several occassions. The rooms themselves are homely with really comfortable beds (a rare luxury in South America!) and hot showers. The owner Rene is extremely helpful and was happy to offer advice on where to go in Sucre and provided maps for us to use. I would recommend for anyone to stay here."

"The hotel is truly beautiful, with a colonial style and a third-floor terrace offering lovely views. Cleanliness was impeccable. However, the service doesn't live up to the price (it's among the most expensive in Sucre). There were no thoughtful touches in the room; a bottle of water would have been the bare minimum. There were no glasses in the bathroom, so you have to rinse your teeth at the tap (this is a 4-star hotel...!!). Breakfast was mediocre; the employee in charge of breakfast completely ignored us. She didn't offer eggs; you had to ask for them, to the point that I didn't get any for two days because I thought they were out. In conclusion, apart from the very friendly receptionists, there is absolutely no attention to the customer. As a hospitality professional, it disappoints me to see such a beautiful hotel so poorly managed. This hotel relies solely on its architecture. What a shame."

"I stayed for 2 nights. The reception and staff were very friendly; however, whomever answers their Whatsapp gives different information about taxi pricing compared to the front desk, so that was frustrating when trying not to get ripped off. The reception came through in a clutch to find me a driver to get to Potosi during the blockades. Breakfast was good and they have fresh eggs to order and an assortment of breads and fruits and yummy fresh juices. The room was huge and I face an inner courtyard. The bed was comfortable and an assortment of pillow softness/hardness. The shower was a good size. The bad: The wifi was horrible. I tried connecting to several and every speed test was under 1 mbps and it was constantly dropping. The hot water for the shower can take up to 10 minutes to come and the water pressure is so strong that the drain can't keep up and water floods everywhere. They leave you 2 small bottles of water on the first day and never leave more (most replenish each night). The curtains are not blackout and they leave the inner courtyard lights on well past midnight. Overall, it's not a 4* for me."
