Unstable water pressure makes me crazy.
The toilet water tank can't work properly and automatically.
Curtain works like nothing.
Internet too bad.

Smelly, old tv doesnt work, no hot water, no good wifi, too noisy almost until 2AM. Dont come to this hotel, no machine for credit card.
People in the front desk was doing their best. But the place itself is really bad

This is a distinctive, very central hotel that is ideal for anyone visiting Sucre. The staff are outstanding, the rooms uniquely appointed in a mixture of older style and modern conveniences (although the wifi is a bit sluggish at times). Breakfast is plentiful, and staff allowed us to eat breakfast very early one day because we had a 5:30 am commitment. The common areas are lovely.

Cet hotel est une honte. Nous avons eu une suite en dessous du bar et en face des toilettes des clients du bar. Impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin. Le petit monsieur de l'accueil qui parle francais nous avait menti quand on lui avait demandé si c'était une bonne chambre avant d'y rentrer. Aucune excuse et aucun remboursement en partant et on nous a prié de partir car on a commencé à se plaindre ! Voyageurs européens fuyez cet hotel.
