The stay was really good and the house keeper was nice and respectful of your time and space. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax

I have been here for nearly a month and I really do not have many complaints. The stag here are very kind. They are very accommodating which is rare in the hotel industry ironically enough. They allowed my dog here and have never been disrespectful. The only complaints I have is that if I needed linens or clean towels in the middle of the night for some reason or if I needed to sweep something up and the maids are gone, you don’t get anything outside if the maids hours of operation. That’s really it!

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in the area. Our room was great, good location, clean and comfortable. We usually do not participate in the breakfast but this time we did. It was very disappointing to find that even though the posted breakfast time was 6:30 - 9:30, the attendant tried to clear food at 9:15. When approached about getting eggs at that time, we were told they were closing. Finally the attendant asked how many eggs our party wanted, she did begrudgingly fixed the requested amount. All food and the Juice machines were cleared and locked a few minutes before 9:30. Comfort Suites, 9:30 means available until 9:30, not cleared by 9:30.

Firstly, we selected a room with a kitchenette. Ours did not have one. The towels were super thin and not absorbent. The furniture was in very poor condition. However, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were so kind. For the price, this place is absolutely worth the stay. Just be prepared to only have a deadbolt lock on your door!

I booked this hotel for my family visiting from out of state. I live 2 minutes from hotel and couldn’t the price was so great. I even rode by hotel late at night just to check it out. I needed a downstairs handicap room . I booked online on hotel site and could not believe the price I received for 5 nights. After I checked in and saw room my sister begged me to stay with them at night I went to office and with no problem paid for extra person and stayed with them at night. I had great experience . Room was super clean , no complaints at all. My sister enjoyed her stay and also had no complaints . I did have coffee in the morning as I don’t eat breakfast. I did see toast , cereal oatmeal,donuts and I think there was waffles .This is maybe 15 min from airport therefore a lot of guest were prob there just for night. I have always stayed in nice hotels and this is one I would definitely stay at again .
