No towels, shampoo or soap in the room. No hair dryer. The phone in the room didn't work.
I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk to get an extra towel.
I told the front desk person about the phone. She never did anything about it.
The breakfast was greasy.
I was giving La Quinta a chance. Never again!

The place was extremely loud all the way until 4am. People screaming and shouting and blasting loud music all night. And the 4th floor I was on reeked of ****. Didn’t get any sleep

When I arrived I waited 20 minutes for service to check into my room. When the man approached he seemed annoyed that I was there. The only person to ever greet me in a decent manner was your maintenance man. No one was ever at the counter when I need services and no one apologizes for the inconvenience. The bed felt like sleeping on a box spring. The a/c felt like it stopped working in the middle of night. I woke up soaked in sweat from it. My dad had another room and said the same about the bed and the a/c did the same thing.

When we arrived they said they didnt have any internet and didnt know when it would be back on. I needed to work (using the internet) during our 3 day stay there. We had no option but to leave after the first night. They didnt give us any compensation or refund for having to leave early die to their issues.
Also the sheets were in terrible condition, no hair dryer, and breakfast was a joke.

Checkin took long no internet. Then needed to only stay for one day charged me for two days and I was told they were only going to charge me for one night bill says two nights. Coffee pot was not working and no cups refrigerator was very noisy all night. When finally got check in they gave me wrong room someone was already in that room. Food was terrible.

Hole in green scape beside my parking spot from a malfunctioning sprinkler system. Nearly stepped in the hole & that would have been an unnecessary injury & a mess
My room tv, land-line phone & alarm did not work at all. I reported this in person (remember the phone didn’t work) to the registration clerk about 2300hrs. I asked for repairs, replacement or refund. I’ve received nothing. LaQuinta mgr states ******* will issue full refund. I’ll waiting.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable & I rested as well as I could; as the nature of my travel was already very emotional (family member health issues). The staff was polite & appeared concerned; but offered no resolution
I slept through breakfast, but did notice the housekeeping staff had the great room clean & tidy.

The hotel is in a good location, and since it’s relatively new in good condition, however, they should not be able to say breakfast included as the breakfast was pretty much non-existent.

The property was really nice but I think a little overpriced. We did have some issues with billing mix up but not a big deal.
