"The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!"

"I've transited through Harbin multiple times, and this time I chose a new hotel to stay at, which offered a much better experience. They provide free shuttle service every half hour, allowing for flexible arrival times. The room was also more spacious, clean, and hygienic. The best part is that since the area near the airport is quite desolate and ordering food can be inconvenient, the front desk offers meal service until 9 PM, and the prices are very reasonable. Compared to other options, this place definitely has an advantage; it offers great value for money!"

"Had a great night sleep before catching my flight early in the morning. The free airport transfer was one of the main reasons for staying here. There’s not much around the hotel, but thanks to other reviews I stocked up on snacks and drinks before arriving. After staying in hostels with poor sanitation and bed comfort, it was great to stay in a clean and comfy room."

The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, and the water heater provided stable, constant hot water. All the facilities were brand new and spotless. The restaurant offered amazing value for money; we got two meat and three vegetable dishes, plus complimentary small sides and fruit. This hotel truly provides a worry-free, one-stop solution for travel and accommodation."

"Booked this for my parents. The airport shuttle service was very welcoming, and the hotel facilities were good. Breakfast started at 4:30 AM, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great stay.
Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Seems newly renovated, quite nice.
Service: Warm and friendly service, and the airport shuttle was very punctual."
