"This is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin."

"The hotel has a very convenient location, within walking distance of Subway Line 3 (Friendship Palace Hotel Exit 2), Zhongyang Street (Central Avenue), the Morning Market, Songhua River, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Manhattan Mall. The area is surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to find food and daily necessities.
The lady owner speaks English very well and is very responsive, kind, and sweet. She even surprised me with a cake for my birthday. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and they invited us to a Christmas Eve party with free food, which made our stay extra special.
The room is quiet and spacious, with free bottled water provided daily. What I liked the most was the large window, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the view of cars passing by 😆. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. 💕"

"I was extremely satisfied; this was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It was my first time staying in a hostel in northern China, and the main reason I slept so well was because it cured my sleep problems 💤… Considering the incredibly low price, I felt obligated to give it a good review. The best part was meeting three different roommates who were all very nice and shared their travel experiences… This was a pleasant surprise. The only regret was not being able to participate in any activities! The fact that there were fewer people these past few days (off-season) was also an advantage. The barbecue place recommended by Brother Nie was delicious, but I ordered too much for one person. Be careful when ordering food in Northeast China—the portions are huge!!! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely stay in a hostel nearby; it's about a 20-minute walk."

"The boss of this youth hostel is so good! On the second day in Harbin, I was cold and fevered. The boss also sent me various drugs and bought me canned yellow peaches. Thank you so much! The youth hostel is also very good! The location is excellent, there are several bus stops downstairs, and it is very fast to go to the city center. There is also an airport bus line 3 station downstairs. It is also very convenient to go to the airport. There are also many delicious foods near the Youth Hostel, and there is Lao Dingfeng selling downstairs. And the Youth Hostel is very clean, the girl's public restroom is in the room, I like this very much! There will not be too many people in the Youth Hostel, and it is very safe to live! "The location is fantastic, right at the subway entrance. When it's -20 to -30 degrees Celsius outside, saving a few hundred meters of walking really is a lifesaver. The hostel also provides free earplugs, and there are a lot of international guests, so you hear all sorts of languages. As an introverted person with social anxiety, I wasn't able to initiate conversations. There's a fridge and microwave on the first floor, so you can store your own food and heat it up whenever you want. All in all, it's pretty good!"

There is a guitar and ukulele for guests to enjoy, and the breathtaking city view from the 26th floor is outstanding.

"The rooms and bedding were incredibly clean, and the location was superb – just 100 meters from Central Avenue's main entrance and a 5-minute walk to the subway. The owner was very friendly. The lobby was spacious, with communal hot water, a dining area, and sofas, which was very convenient. The heating in the room was excellent, almost too warm, so we often had to open the window or place a basin of water to increase the humidity. There were lots of fellow travelers, and we took many group photos to remember the good times. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!"

"This hostel is conveniently located near St. Sophia Church in Harbin, China. I arrived late, but the hostel team was very helpful and assisted me with a late check-in since I only got there in the early hours of the morning. The service was fantastic, and they were very communicative via WeChat. For the beds we booked, you need to put on and take off your own sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. I was given a free private room for one night, which was a nice bonus. There's a shoe rack at the entrance to switch to slippers while inside the hostel. Currently, there's only one shower, and one toilet each for men and women. The toilets are Western-style (sitting), not squat. There's no toilet paper provided, so you need to bring your own. In the shower, there's body wash, but towels are not provided. You can purchase them in the common room; the hostel provides them. There's also a drying area in the hostel corridor.
As for suggestions, it would be good to add a mat or carpet at the hostel entrance during winter, as it can get quite slippery. Also, if possible, it would be great if toilet paper could be provided."

As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns.
The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further.

The facilities: air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi were all excellent.
Cleanliness: The room was very bright and spacious as soon as I walked in.
It's very close to the airport shuttle, making transportation convenient. Most importantly, the service was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The owner even provided complimentary disposable towels and toilet seat covers. The room was very clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is very convenient, just about 200 meters opposite Yabuli Railway Station. The room is very clean and warm. Although it is small in size, it can satisfy everything. The store owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

The entrance is definitely not welcoming and pretty disgusting.
Cleanliness definitely needs improvement, but it's not the worst ive seen.
Other than cleanliness the rooms are pretty fine, not a lot of space to shower but manageable. The location is nice, still not the best of the best because it's not right near a subway or bus, but still right at the train station and close to a lot of public transport.
The bed is comfortable though

The stay was very pleasant. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities in the room are all available, especially high-speed Internet and computers with excellent performance. I was impressed with the modern bathroom facilities and the high quality of the toiletries. The room has a wide view and you can wake up to a beautiful view. The service staff at the hotel were very professional and friendly, and responded quickly to my various needs. Great value for money, very satisfied.
