"I was a little unhappy as when I arrived they could not help me with a top floor room. I was on the 2nd floor. When I entered the room there were a lot of mosquitos. I connected the mosquito machine but it did not help. The carpet was not in a good condition. Some of the plugs under the TV are not working so it was inconvenient when I wanted to charge my laptop. The TV only worked for a short time and then it displayed a Grey screen. It was also very noisy in front of my room late in the evening and early morning. The remote of the TV also did not work."

"I stayed for three nights, and the environment was exceptionally good. I was given a separate, south-facing room which was incredibly quiet. I spent the whole second day relaxing at the hotel, and it was very comfortable. I especially want to praise the hotel's pillows – such a thoughtful detail! They have different heights, which was perfect for me as someone who prefers a lower pillow. 100 points! Since my high-speed train was at 6 PM, the front desk also kindly allowed a late checkout until 2 PM. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning auntie were very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend! 👍🏻"

"The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!"

"This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. "First and foremost, I have to commend the hotel staff; their service attitude is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in to check-in, the front desk staff were gentle and patient. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with no long waits, and they proactively informed me of details like breakfast times and elevator locations, which was incredibly thoughtful. Throughout my stay, any questions I had were answered with enthusiasm and meticulous care, and their response time was very fast. The entire service was consistently gentle and attentive, without any perfunctory gestures, making me feel very much at home. Secondly, the hotel's cleanliness is absolutely impeccable! The bed was spotless, the bedding soft and dry with no strange odors, and the pillows and mattress were just the right firmness, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was very well executed. Even the window sills were sparkling clean, and the overall environment was neat and bright, which made me feel very secure and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the surrounding area is quiet. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The high-quality service and clean environment truly made for a fantastic experience! "Arrived at one o'clock in the evening, there was too much luggage, we asked the front desk lady to bring us some up, very powerful! The environment is very comfortable, very clean and comfortable, there is a faint fragrance, the room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the sink is outside, the toilet and shower are also separated. There is also a normal-sized desk, a matching sofa and chair, an open wardrobe, which is generally good. The window is outside the wall, blocking the light, there is light on the side, you can see the scenery outside, the room is a little smaller, the parking lot is relatively close, walking back is far, friends who drive by car can consider more, but the overall flaws are not hidden! The rooms are a good size with comfortable bedding, and the decor shows great attention to detail – even the flooring uses high-quality materials. The bathroom walls and sinks feature intricate carvings. Each floor has a leisure area, and the third floor offers a wide selection of books. It's ideal for a longer stay in Harbin, perfect for both relaxing and exploring the city. The main highlight is the incredible value for money; I didn't have high expectations because of the low price, but I was pleasantly surprised! "Facilities: The room layout was pretty good, and the interior was clean. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very plentiful and good value for money at 48 yuan per person, which isn't expensive at all. However, the window in our 7th-floor room, while a bright window, had a horizontal partition outside, blocking the view. The outdoor platform also wasn't aesthetically pleasing, with leftover construction debris and cobwebs. Make sure to choose a room close to the elevator. There's only one elevator on the entire floor. They were responsive to requests for anything we needed, so why didn't I give a full five stars for service? Because I booked a room for my companion that was listed as 30 sq.m. on the order, but was actually only 29 sq.m. This wasn't something we measured; the front desk staff confirmed the size of room 766. The hotel was argumentative about it, refused to admit fault, and offered no compensation. This was unsatisfactory. Although Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue, it left a bad impression. It felt like they were short-changing us."

The room was very spacious, with a 1.8m king-size bed, a 1.2m single bed, and a chaise lounge. The handsome guy at the front desk contacted us in advance to set up a tent, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The facilities were also complete, including a garment steamer, a mini-fridge, and a tea bar. It would have been perfect if the curtains were blackout curtains. We stayed for two nights, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly responsive and spoke softly. She even helped me carry and freeze a 16-pound vacuum-sealed red sausage. Thumbs up to her!

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House. Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel. The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.
