The rooms were great. We were able to get adjoining rooms . Room location was convenient to the many amenities that are available. The lazy river was fun and refreshing. The Spa treatments were outstanding. The valet service was a little slow, but it was nearly 100 degrees and the parking requires walking back uphill.

5/5 Excellent hotel, clean. I stayed on an out and back from Phx to Fla in Oct/18 and then again on the way back to Phx in Dec/18. I made the reservation on Bring Fido. A shout out to Gary Lundberg for the excellent check in on both occasions after long drives and late arrivals. Gary was patient and professional, which made staying an easy choice the second time. He's an asset to the property and company! On the down side, parking is limited due to the property size. Getting in and out of a hotel on 1604 is not easy either, however, it's clean and quiet. As for pet friendly, not many areas to exercise the pooch, but for a one night stay it works fine.

This was my first at this resort. My husband and I really enjoyed our spa experience. When you book an appointment you have access to the spa pool, steam room and sauna at any time during that day. It was nice they had an adult area and a family area for pool lounging. Having a nature trail was a plus! Plenty to do at the resort, make sure to check the calendar for events happening. The food at Primero cantina was not good and not to my liking. Shuttles are available to La Cantera shops and to fiesta texas. We dined at Signature which was a really great place for a date. The red snapper was delicious! Overall had a great experience.

This was an amazing stay there is something for everyone. The Wildflower Spa is a must relaxing massage and spent the day there. The cafe is as very good. The lounge was nice for adults the drinks were awesome not watered down the bartenders were very nice and helpful at Charlie’s long bar.

Love this hotel. Beautiful grounds. Well appointed rooms. Awesome staff. And very competitive rates. Special shout out to Barista Yolanda who can always be found with a smile and a willingness to aid in the coffee window next to Bolos. Pool, spa and sauna are amazing as well!
