The stay itself was good but really upset me is related to the reservation. My reservation had an upgrade option for $5 that included free valet parking. When I checked in at the hotel the front desk didn't have it on their end. The clerk said that's ok, I'll remove the valet charge. After my stay when I got the email bill, I was charged $50 for the one night valet charge. Infuriating on a couple levels. One, that Orbitz reservations and Marriott communications were not the same, and two, the clerk said she removed the charge, but didn't. Makes me feel like if I hadn't looked at the bill, they would have got away with it. How hard is it for what you book online to be the same as when you check in?
