"Here’s a polished review you can post for **Pamookkoo Resort, Kata Beach**: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) We had a wonderful stay at Pamookkoo Resort. The **swimming pool area is fantastic** — large, clean, and includes a fun **water slide and kids’ play zone** that our child absolutely loved. The **room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable**, and the **staff were friendly and welcoming**, especially the manager who greeted us warmly upon arrival. The **location is close to Kata Beach** (about a 7–8 minute walk), though the hotel itself doesn’t have a sea view. The **buffet breakfast was good**, but the menu was the same on both mornings of our stay. There’s **no halal meat option in the hotel restaurant**, but **halal food is easily available just outside the hotel**, only 2–3 minutes’ walk away. Overall, it’s a great family resort with excellent facilities, especially for kids — we truly **enjoyed the pool area and relaxing atmosphere**. Highly recommended for families visiting Kata Beach."

"Long term stay with great facilities and environment. If you are a nomad, looking for a place to stay - highly recommend this accommodation place. Location - Not very near to all the centre attractions of Phuket Town, is either you drive or use car sharing services/taxi. But there's a laundromat down the road from the hotel and it is very convenient. Food and 7-e wise, you have to walk for at least 6-10 mins depending on your pace. Facilities - They have a big pool, gym, and co-working spaces, very great and having a good wifi connection too Staff - Super friendly, 10/10 PS - It's dog friendly! Love the idea"

"The hotel is good for families with kids because of the fun water slides and the kids pool, and they have a stamping game to collect stamps from different part of hotel to redeem gift for kids. Overall the hotel is quite old and need a lot of improvement. Like our room, the shower drain is clogged everytime bath, and on the last day the toilet is clogged. And we were badly bitten by bed bugs even I sprayed bed bug spray it didn’t work, in the end we requested to change mattress and it improved. And have to be careful about the bugs bite and mosquitoes bite everywhere. The breakfast is average, we stayed for 5 night the breakfast is almost the same everyday. Nonetheless the staff were friendly and location is almost included as free pick up whenever you sign up any island tour, also convenient to get food around."

The staff were polite, responsive, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. "Check-in was smooth and simple — road outside the hotel is not congested and easy to return too as well. Cleanliness of hotel is good and housekeeping is friendly. Bottles of water are provided daily and room service is prompt with ironing board and iron request. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable, but not much table-top spaces to use (we got the honeymoon suite). Central air conditioning was also a problem in the day because the heat from outside makes the room really hot so the room was quite warm. Other than that, the bathtub, shower and toilet were all good. We were also unable to get any form of cutleries past 11pm as the restaurant was closed. Ultimately, still good value given its location and price point."

"The view from our room was amazing! Just what I saw in the picture. Reception was very helpful and well behaved. Room service was good but room cleaning service was not up to the mark. The cleaner never changed the water glasses and spoons. Except this everything was good."

"The hotel is lovely. Every unit has a pool view. It gives a resort vibe although it isn't near the beach. The bathroom comes with a shower cubicle and a long bath. I booked a room with 1 queen size bed & 1 single. But they upgraded us to a bigger room with 3 single beds which delighted us. The room deco is nice. I like that a halal restaurant, Casablanca is within the hotel. You can dine by the pool or in the comfort of the restaurant. It serves Indian food which is delicious & reasonably priced. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Phuket."

"The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very convenient for reaching the beach and dining options, with shuttle boat services and paid tuk-tuks available. Upon check-in, a front desk staff member in a blue uniform initially assigned us a room at the very end of the secondary building. Although we had booked a lake view, the room's location meant we could hear motorcycles from the road and a noisy flock of birds in the garden downstairs. My booking notes were completely disregarded. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change, and a very kind and helpful staff member in a pink uniform then led us to a central room in the main building. The view from there was excellent; we could see both the lake and the distant sea right from our bed, and it was also very quiet. Many thanks to that lovely girl! Overall, it would have been a perfect stay if not for that minor hiccup during check-in."

"I had a really good stay at HOMA Cherngtalay. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcomed from the start. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved all the free exercise and wellness classes — such a great bonus for people who enjoy staying active. The location is also very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Tops and Villa Market, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It made daily life really easy and enjoyable. The only downside is the giant mosquitoes 😅, so do prepare some repellent! Also, sometimes there’s a bit of a smell from dog poop around the outdoor areas, which I hope they can improve in the future. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, active, and well-located place to stay in Phuket."

"The location was ideal and located within walking distance of many location attractions and restaurants. Room was very modern and clean, however on our 2nd night there were painting works along the corridor that was pungent smelling & it affected my sleep & cause headache . However, other than that, I highly recommend this hotel for your Phuket trip. The staff service was good & spoke English."
