It is good hotel located just meters away from Patongs Party Street. So you can go there and join lots of parties. The hotel itself is in need for some serious renovation. The rooms are okay - just not nice and well equipped. It is impossible to adjust the AC to low fan speed. We slept under a mosquito net as the doors and windows had quite big gaps to the outside. So have it cold or turn it off. The pool area is fantastic and you have direct access to the beach. For party people the right place! For others maybe not.

Excellent customer service and facilities. we always stays here before because of the nice food and beer but once we tried to checked in their room with jacuzzi we kept coming back. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

A very nice hotel in a great spot in patong. We were traveling as a family of 4 with two young children. Our room was located on the road side which was incredibly noisy with the sound of motorbikes. Asked to change to a quieter room and needed to pay more to move across the corridor to the pool side view rooms. Worth it for the better sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Phuket. It’s a shame the rooftop pool closes at 9pm and no other evening entertainment in the hotel unfortunately but plenty outside on the doorstep. A really good hotel.

Great location a cross from the beach. Great buffet breakfast included in the room rate. General condition of the resort was a little 'tired'. Lots of general maintenance, painting etc. One of the footbridges going across the pool, severely corroded not a nice site when you are swimming under it! However during our last day, the bridge underwent major repairs that involved closing a section of the pool and lots of 'jack hammer' noise all day long! Pretty happy we left that day!

We recently returned to our favourite spot in Thailand the Impiana Patong. We did do a quick trip back in September but I didn't do a review as I thought that wouldn't be fair due to the amount of works going on at the hotel. Whilst we were there, we met with the new manager Philip, he explained as to what was in the pipeline to bring the hotel back to its glory days. True to his word when we returned in March so much had happened and there were still projects, maintenance etc under way. The pool area is now free of those old wooden decking boards and the washed augurate concrete looks great. poolside lounges have new cushions, not all of them but a total replacement is coming. The hotel has re-employed the security staff to the rear and front entrances. In regard to the buildings, a lot of the roofs have been re-laid. Inside new electrical switches and air conds have been installed. Philip mentioned that upgrading the TVs was one of the next things on the agender. So overall our stay was fantastic, and we can't wait to return later in the year. Thank you so much Philip for your hospitality. The way you are managing the hotel and initiating maintenance, upgrades etc is excellent.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a 5-10 minute walk from Patong Beach and Bar Street, and a 5-10 minute walk from the change road is Jiangxi Leng. The top three restaurants in the public review are all within 15 minutes walk , There is a family convenience store when you go out; The rooms are large, with refrigerators and microwaves, the beds are large, the shower water is good, there are 10 clothes racks in the closet, and it is convenient to dry clothes on the balcony; The hotel does not have a swimming pool, except for the rooms and restaurants, there is only one parking lot, and the overall facilities are very simple; The place to store your luggage is very simple. There is no door or luggage tag for you. It is conscious when you take it; there are mosquitoes in the room, but the hotel does not provide mosquito coils; Breakfast is average, not worth 200 baht

The location is awesome, Patong beach is just across the road. They allowed early check-in for us and also allowed us to keep our luggages at the reception after check-out. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast buffet needs improvement, the room 2006 had some issues, the bathroom door was not closing properly, they fixed it once I complained. The room looks different than in the pictures they have posted, certainly not as bright as you see on various websites. The inside view of the room is very dull. The toilet seat was not so clean and the mirrors were dirty and stained, so I was not happy with that part.

Hotel on the main road of Patong Beach, in front you have the beach, 100 meters begins Bangla Road! Here you are close to everything! Staff always very kind and smiling! Clean room, from my terrace la407, you could admire a wonderful sunset over the sea! The only two small flaws, they should change the position of the air conditioning split, which shoots cold air at your head, and soundproof the windows better, the first few nights every tuc-tuc that passed with the music at maximum made me jump! Overall everything ok!!!

Initially I had booked for three nights in a shared room, the bed was comfortable and for once even the top bunks were comfy. There were lockers in the room which needed your own lock and there was ample space for everyone's bags. The shared bathrooms are large with plenty of toilets and showers. The rooftop bar is open until 11pm ish and beer isn't too badly priced, there's a beautiful terrace and small pool and for when it rains there is plenty of space to sit and drink under cover. It is so close to Bangla road you can basically smell it, what a place!!!! I met some great people as a solo traveller here and if I were ever back in Phuket I wouldn't think of staying elsewhere. About 5 minutes to Patong beach where there are awesome waves if you like swimming or surfing there are also jet skis and para sailing available all along Patong beach. On the day of my departure I had a wisdom tooth removed due to unexpected pain. The staff were super helpful and empathetic, I moved to a single room for another few nights and though it was quite small, the private room offered storage space, great air conditioning and a quiet space to recover. The staff are also on 24 hour and a great craic late at night. Staff also helped organise my ferry to Koh Phi Phi which was the highlight of my trip. The deposit on arrival is 500 baht but also gets you a towel and is returned when you checkout.
