Phuket Amphoe Kathu Hotels

If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

Хороший отель, близкое расположение к пляжу, ночному рынку и знаменитой улице Бангла Роуд, рядом много обменников, если пройтись можно всегда найти выгодный курс. Так же рядом супермаркеты и обычные лавки с фруктами. Залог можно оставить, как в местной валюте, так и в долларах, евро и рублях (5000 руб.) Персонал на ресепшне не очень общительный, по-русски не говорит, только на английском. Брали номер + завтрак, завтраки однотипные день от дня, но всегда есть яичница и фрукты, за что большой плюс. Есть приятный бассейн, если в самую жару не хочется идти на пляж. Номер на попался простенький, но уютный. Фен, чайник, сейф есть. Уборка была каждый день, с мытьём полов. Только один раз нам не поставили воду. В целом все ок.

Hotel is in great location. Staff is super friendly. Helpful. We stay 02 days here and it was great. The guy at the front desk always helping us carry things when we arrive. I am planing to book this hotel again for my birthday. I definitely recommend this small design hotel.

We loved our stay at Mirage. The staff is very kind and helpful, our room is very nice and clean with all the amenities we need. The AC works great and cools off the room super fast. Location is great, walkable to everything. Pool is very clean. Great price, would stay here again.

We were greeted warmly at the hotel reception area which looks out to the amazing swimming pool that envelopes the entire resort. Due to the extra documentation required, checking in will naturally be longer than usual. Fingers crossed you will not get a queue in front of you when you step into the hotel :) The room assigned to us was lovely even though it was the lead in category room. It was spacious enough for 2 persons, and everything looked brand new as the hotel was built in 2020. We tried to request for an upgrade but due to their high occupancy, they were unable to upgrade us. However, they more than compensated by sending a birthday cake plus complimentary birthday cocktails for us, as we were both celebrating our birthdays in Phuket. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Every morning, despite how tired we were, we dragged ourselves to the restaurant, spent like 2-3 hours going through the selections and savoring everything they have to offer. I cannot believe they also provide items like crepes, ice cream, parma ham and different curries for breakfast as they are not typical breakfast dishes. I was very impressed. The services from the hotel staff exceeded our expectations. We tried to tip as much as we could, seeing that the service industry has taken a big hit during the pandemic for a place like Phuket. They were all really appreciative. Special shout out to Benoit, the Director of Sales/Operations for the hotel. He was very patient, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything works out smoothly prior to our arrival. Thank you once again Ben, you have definitely helped made this trip a very memorable one for the both of us. Seeing that the restrictions are slowly lifted by the Thai government, please take a leap of faith and take that long awaited vacation in the land of smiles :-D Happy vacationing and stay safe everyone!

It is a hotel run by Chinese people, and the layout is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are large and have balconies with views of the swimming pool and small garden. There is also a large frangipani tree next to our balcony. It is so comfortable to sit under it and enjoy the breeze at night. The bed is very comfortable, you can fall asleep in seconds. The bath water in the bathroom is a bit small, but the boss said that he will actively improve it.

We were there for a month…..loved the location. A couple kilometers from the beach, which gave us a good walk every day. We got to know our favorite street food and fruit vendors, and security people at different hotels who helped us cross the street. Really nice. The housekeeping staff did a great job. But the front desk folks were kind of unresponsive. They did not speak English very well, and didn’t give us tips or information very well to help us out. We broke a cup, and they charged us the equivalent of $8 to replace this dollar store item. The counters were really low which was kind of weird. There were no kitchen utensils pots pans knives, forks, spoons, dish clothes, dish soap, or dish towels. Nothing! The only kitchen stuff we had were two little cups, like a demitasse cup, two saucers, and two little spoons. Never had the breakfast because we thought it was very expensive. We ate noodles next door every morning instead. Didn’t use the pool. Air conditioner in the “kitchen” didn’t work Weird little plastic sofa and set up with the TV. Kind of a sterile feel to the place, but we would stay there again

The door n the wall not thick enough to cover everybody shouting on the coriddor and the drunken people late at night. The location near the mall n bagla road got night market, bars, restaurants amd night livr
