"Overall it was pretty good.
I was a little confused at check-in. At the intersection of the Y-shaped intersection, there is an entrance with a red and white circuit breaker down. It is on the 3rd floor of Building C in it. There is a guide for details after booking, but I hardly understand English and it was a little difficult for me who had no experience staying at a private night.
There are a total of 3 rooms, and up to 3 groups can stay a day. First, there is a kitchen and dining room at the entrance, where you will be asked if you have breakfast. After that, there are three doors in order in the aisle next to it.
My room was clean and well-cleaned, amenities were available, and the drinks in the refrigerator were free and comfortable.
When you go out after check-in, you will bring the key and use the key to the entrance of the building, the key to the hotel entrance, and the key to the entrance to the room to enter and exit. At night, the entrance gate of the building closes, so you can enter and exit through the small window of the gate. The police are walking until about 22:00, and I think travelers can go out.
Check out is 10:30 and you can leave your luggage after checking out."

"The hotel is in a great location, about a 5–10 minute walk from Napoli Centrale Station. There is a large supermarket nearby; it's better to shop there rather than at the smaller stores around.
The historic city center is about a 10–15 minute walk away.

"The room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a €5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit."

"The hotel is centrally located and it is so closed to the train and subway station. It is very convenient if you plan to take trains to the outskirts area. It is very safe as a lot of police will be around at night time. My only 2 suggestions are (1) the terrace should be opened for viewing Mount Versuvian. Unfortunately, it is always closed even I asked in the front desk. Second, the breakfast should have some slight change. I stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast are the same."

AAnonymous UserLovely but basic little bed and breakfast in an excellent location. Great views from the mini balcony. Federika our host was lovely, gave us some great recommendations. Note you are next to the archaeological museum, a must see if you are visiting to go to Pompeii or Herculaneum. Pro tip - get on the circumversuviano line to Pompeii Scavi/Ercolano Scavi at Porto Nolana, you'll get a seat before the train gets wild! I would say if you're out all day seeing the sights this is a great place.

GGuest UserThe Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location the big complaint was that wifi wasn’t working and first day i let front desk know and he said “ yes we know” and didn’t say if they would fix it or when. Then at night wifi still didn’t work and different front desk guy said to try in five or ten minutes still didn’t work. Then when we left the next day the front desk said it hasn’t worked for a month so very disappointed that they don’t let guests know this not try to resolve this. The room is clean and location is great but just dune expect ANY wifi

GGuest UserLovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster.
Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner.
Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc.
Room was very clean and comfortable.

AAnonymous UserCamera bella, peccato che si sentiva un odore sgradevole dal bagno che mi ha svegliato la mattina insieme al casino delle 7:30 che proveniva dalla sala colazione.
Il mio cappuccino non aveva un buon sapore , penso che il latte fosse perso.
Però tutto sommato non è male.
Ci ritornerei perché la posizione è super centrale es il design molto carino, però porterei con me un paio di tappi per le orecchie 🧐
