Best Hotels in Naples, Italy

I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

We paid over €500 and we have never been so repentant as this time. The only point for this hotel is the location that is very close to the central station. For the rest it's all to review.. The room is dirty and has obvious problems of moisture on the walls. The covers do not see water and detergents for how long I haven't known. The test was made one morning when one of the inspectors came in the room and cried ”Ah! It's clean!”. The same bedroom for four days in a row and even swept before our arrival! The towels smell a strong humidity, They probably never saw the sunlight! Matraci (2 because the double bed is made of 2 singles) one different from the other and very uncomfortable to say little.. The coats were grey and they also emanated a nausea smell.. So do not listen to the fact that some sites say it is ”not to lose” because I assure you that you will not lose anything!

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.

Great and clean hotel. Highly recommended. Glad that the hotel provides FREE private parking. Because u won't want to park outside or drive to the center, there is no car without a dent or scretch in Naples! XD There is a train station close to the hotel, and very cheap to central, eur 1.4. Don't worry it is not noisy at all inside of hotel. U can the local to help about buying and checking in the ticket, it is quite different from Asia or Holland. The only down side is that the last train back to hotel is 10 ish pm.... So u might need to take Uber back to hotel, it coasted us 22 eur.

The main advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport, with the possibility of walking through an urbanized and walkable area, during a ten-minute walk. Despite being close on the map, you have to go around a military installation to get there. As for the hotel, I highlight its cleanliness and also its speed at the reception. The restaurant has a somewhat short menu, but the pasta we tried was of good quality.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ottimo hotel a Napoli, nella zona tra Agnano e Bagnoli. Soggiorno veramente stupendo sotto tutti gli aspetti: L'arrivo e' stato il primo step molto positivo,essere accolti con il sorriso e la gentilezza e' una gran carta di presentazione dell'ospitalità. La camera abbastanza spaziosa, accogliente e soprattutto pulita, la colazione di alta qualità e per tutti i gusti, colazione sia che si preferisca il dolce che il salato....il caffè e i cappuccini strepitosi. Lo staff e' altamente professionale, disponibile e assolutamente cortese. La posizione strategica del Nuvo', trovandosi a pochi passi dalla ferrovia Cumana e vicinissima alla metropolitana,lo rende un punto di riferimento per visitare Napoli e dintorni. E stata veramente una bella esperienza, lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.....che dire provare per credere. Sicuramente ci riserveremo una prossima occasione. One of the main reasons for the hotel was the possibility of parking there free of charge. The parking is in the courtyard, there is a small deep garage and the courtyard. We have always left our car keys to the staff that they could park it if necessary because the space is limited. However, the hotel itself had surprised me so positively. I hadn't expected anything for the UF price but there was a clean accommodation, a very good breakfast and heartfulness at the reception. The rooms are in fact old and simple, the shower cup is miniature, and so the bathroom is very narrow, but it is very clean! I find this is the main thing. The interior of the room has also come in the years, but it is OK too, because everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day. The air conditioning was fully operational ... the street noise was also held in the frame when open windows. The room walls are very thin, but I not discover noise from the neighbouring room. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel from where you have a good bus connection to the city centre. From the airport you are 10 minutes (depending on traffic) with the car in the hotel. As mentioned, breakfast was great and very lovely, there is even gluten-free bread, as well as plant milk varieties ... Besides bread and bread, various cheeses and sausage varieties, cooked eggs, fruit, antipasti, ... Although the city area is considered a social burning point, I didn't feel it fell down. It looked like everywhere in Naples or so. I didn't feel unsure at any time! Test the pizzeria directly next to it was the best pizza I ever had in Italy and the best of Naples I've tried!

Such a good hotel to stay in Napoli. The room was perfect, super comfortable, well equipped and perfectly clean. The breakfast is very good for the Italian standards and the front desk is always eager to help. Very recommended!

First time in Napoli and we have considered to book one hotel in city center. The hotel is located close to train station and at one reasonable walking distance from many of the city major tourist location. Is clean and organized. Ok for 1 or 2 days Staff very kind
