"The Hotel is easy to find and very near from the Napoli Centrale train station and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi metro station. The room was neat, air conditioning was cold, toilet was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful."

"First off, the location is fantastic, right on a street next to the train station. The Alibus stops on the hotel's side, while the shared taxis are on the other. It's only a three to five-minute walk to the station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and there are many room types available, including hotel rooms, hostel dorms, and student accommodation all within the same building.
Service: The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, meeting hostel service standards. They're very responsive and thorough in answering any questions.
Facilities: Don't expect much here. The bed is too soft, the pillows are too soft, and from the second day onwards, there was no water. No slippers or toothbrushes were provided either. You can't even buy slippers, but you might have some luck if you chat with the front desk a bit more 😂"

"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy."

"The stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone .

"Excellent to make base, it has no parking as if it says on trip, breakfast is very complete, that is, if you are lucky that the career is in humor, four days two were excellent super complete, The other two a disaster one almost empty, beds are comfortable, the very large bathroom, and the room in general is, the reception are noticed that they are always in the clouds, do not understand anything, I recommend it !"

JJelisavetaStaying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed.
The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations.
We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

LLisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

Naples, and I am very comfortable with the location of the building: 3 minutes to Port Nolan Station and 10 minutes from Naples Chentrale. Near the location of several supermarkets, one of them Eurospin with good choice of products and low prices. There are bus stops and tram near the hotel.
The hotel is a 3rd floor room with several rooms and kitchens. There are dishes, coffee machine, teapot. Some tables to drink coffee. Rooms are new, with recent repairs and nice design. Good comfortable mattresses, pleasant pillows, new bed linen and towels in enough. In the shower there is always hot water. In the room is a mini-freezer, a toilet table. Every 2 days there is a thorough cleaning, change of towels, refill of bathing. Our room had 2 balconies with a stunning view of the bell and port.
Given that the cost of accommodation is quite low, I think it is excellent conditions of arrival with bonuses in the form of a stunning look.
The hotel staff was very kind and always stayed in touch to help us with both the settlement and all the other issues that arise.
We extended our stay at this hotel for another three days.

GGuest UserI had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you aren’t after a fancy hotel room it’s fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.
