"First off, the location is fantastic, right on a street next to the train station. The Alibus stops on the hotel's side, while the shared taxis are on the other. It's only a three to five-minute walk to the station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and there are many room types available, including hotel rooms, hostel dorms, and student accommodation all within the same building.
Service: The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, meeting hostel service standards. They're very responsive and thorough in answering any questions.
Facilities: Don't expect much here. The bed is too soft, the pillows are too soft, and from the second day onwards, there was no water. No slippers or toothbrushes were provided either. You can't even buy slippers, but you might have some luck if you chat with the front desk a bit more 😂"

"When I arrived at the hotel, I exchanged LINE IDs with the front desk staff (hotel LINE ID), and was able to get all the information I needed, which was very convenient.
The hotel is located very close to Naples Central Station (the hotel entrance is a little hard to find ※Google Maps says I've arrived, but I still wandered around for a while 😅), but once I found the entrance, it was incredibly convenient.
The room with the volcano view was also wonderful!

"The stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone .

"We liked it very much. Hotel is modern. This is a 4-room apartment (in each shower/toilet), there is a common kitchen with a refrigerator. In the fan room, hot water is good. 2 minutes from the station, super convenient! For breakfast there is a coupon in the ste cafe next to. When you are inhabited, look for the entrance and right call with names, here on one of the boards will be the name of the hotel. Then come to the porter in the entrance, he will call the host who will come in 10 minutes."

"- Great location and easy to find: The hotel is a 5-8 minute walk from the central station, located at a prominent intersection with clear signage, making it very easy to spot. There are plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. Despite being close to the station, there are often military personnel (?) or police patrolling outside the hotel, which adds a certain level of security.
- The hotel staff were very helpful: They offered free luggage storage after check-out and provided information about room rates for future stays.

GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

GGuest UserThis property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

GGuest UserEttore the owner was insisting on WhatsApp number which though initially felt strange it was largely due to my lack of understanding on how things worked in family run b&bs in Naples He was very detailed in providing us with info re places to visit trains to take etc
The rooms were good. They are 5 rooms within a house that are given out to guests. As you can imagine you could hear everything from adjacent rooms.
There were coffee machines and some packed food and tea options etc.
The only gripe I had was the room was stinking of cigarette smoke. Even the owner was struggling to talk and had to keep the door open and spray the room. The wife had been smoking inside the house. We had to leave our door to the balcony outside open just so we could breathe without coughing. It took more than 40mins of airing to get the stench out.
Otherwise it was a good place. Real shame.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

Naples, and I am very comfortable with the location of the building: 3 minutes to Port Nolan Station and 10 minutes from Naples Chentrale. Near the location of several supermarkets, one of them Eurospin with good choice of products and low prices. There are bus stops and tram near the hotel.
The hotel is a 3rd floor room with several rooms and kitchens. There are dishes, coffee machine, teapot. Some tables to drink coffee. Rooms are new, with recent repairs and nice design. Good comfortable mattresses, pleasant pillows, new bed linen and towels in enough. In the shower there is always hot water. In the room is a mini-freezer, a toilet table. Every 2 days there is a thorough cleaning, change of towels, refill of bathing. Our room had 2 balconies with a stunning view of the bell and port.
Given that the cost of accommodation is quite low, I think it is excellent conditions of arrival with bonuses in the form of a stunning look.
The hotel staff was very kind and always stayed in touch to help us with both the settlement and all the other issues that arise.
We extended our stay at this hotel for another three days.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights, the hotel is not bad, everything is new, always clean and tidy, close to the train station and airport.
There is also a tram stop nearby.
A huge minus is a large and steep staircase, with suitcases it is extremely inconvenient, we had an evening flight, they did not allow us to leave things, because there is no one there on a permanent basis, without a key you can not get into the hotel itself.
The location area is very depressing, a lot of garbage around, stench and everything else that does not paint the city

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel is not very good, the health is very bad, and no one feels like cleaning the street. Hotel room facilities are very good, breakfast is not bad, I don't know why the buffet does not let the guests take it by themselves, but the waiter takes it for the guests. This service method is a bit troublesome for tourists who are not too fluent in the language, and it also increases the workload of the service staff. It's really hard to please.

The only thing is that check in is made in a different location than the hotel, but if you send them a mail to the hotel, you will get the address where you have to check in.
