"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Unfortunately, I don't have photos, but I'll do my best to describe it. First, the room condition was neat and clean. It seemed recently renovated, there were no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was decent. I also had breakfast. A staff member, who felt like an aunt, kindly guided me on how to use everything, so I enjoyed the meal. However, the menu isn't diverse or extraordinary; expect something like delicious home-cooked food. So far, about 4 stars, haha. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its central location, making it convenient to access a wealth of amenities and public transportation. The most significant appeal is the friendliness of the staff, which was evident from the reception. In this day and age, where service mindsets and concepts have changed, most places tend to mechanically recite manuals like soulless AI. But here, the staff members genuinely put their best effort into every word of their responses. To sum it up, while too much service can sometimes make both parties uncomfortable, this was a pleasant city accommodation where guests felt good, and staff could work without emotional drain, allowing everyone to smile. If you're looking for good food, convenient transportation, and genuinely heartfelt service, I highly recommend this place."

"The facilities are excellent and very well-equipped, and there's a generous welcome snack and drink selection. The sanitizing closet is a thoughtful touch! The room is huge, and for the price, it's a fantastic deal. The bathroom is also very large; even though it's not a complete wet/dry separation, its size means it's hard for the whole area to get wet. The TV really surprised me – it's massive, and watching YouTube on it is great. The location on Dongcheng Road is easy to find and convenient, though the nearby sidewalks are a bit uneven, making it tricky to pull luggage. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to Zhongyang Road Metro Station, right in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. They offer luggage storage, but unfortunately, check-in is a bit late at 5:00 PM. Check-out at 12:00 PM is quite good though."

"The window in the first room I was assigned on the second floor was broken and wouldn't lock. The owner did move me to a different room on the first floor, but the lighting was so dim that it was difficult to read or write notes. I couldn't properly check the cleanliness of the bed and felt uneasy, so I ended up sleeping on a large towel. The bathroom, perhaps due to its interior design, had mold, and it was hard to adjust the shower water temperature (turning it towards hot would make the water extremely hot). There was a bit of a chill, making it feel like showering in an old detached house's bathroom. ^^;"

"This is a hostel between a motel and a hotel. It was located right in front of the Sangeokcheongsa, so it was good for business trips. I know it is a non-smoking room, but I was embarrassed that the electronic cigarette butt was in the bathroom."

"The check-in staff spoke basic English, but other employees didn't. Room cleanliness was a major issue; while general tidiness was okay, a thorough cleaning was clearly lacking. On the first night, a staff member put my friend's pajamas inside the duvet, making them hard to find. The second night, they threw away my facial cleanser refill, which was the first time I've ever encountered a hotel discarding a guest's items. On the third night, no one cleaned the room, refilled the water, or emptied the trash. I tried calling reception, but communication was impossible. We had to go to the front desk in person and show them photos of the room's condition before they said they'd send someone to clean it. However, after waiting over ten minutes, no one showed up. We eventually confirmed that no one would be cleaning that day and we'd have to wait until the next. The trash wasn't emptied, and it took repeated requests to get water, which was delivered by a staff member with a rather poor attitude. We asked for water and a trash bag for our rubbish, but they gave us water and towels. Generally, many staff members don't speak English, making communication quite difficult."
