"Overall, the room was quite clean and spacious enough, making for a generally comfortable stay. One thing to note is that there's no front desk service from 12 AM to 7 AM, which might be inconvenient if you have any issues in the middle of the night. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The breakfast overall was decent, the fried eggs were quite good, and the buffet selection was okay. However, you can't take breakfast back to your room or upstairs, which is a bit of a shame. Also, I happened to stay on a Monday, and they don't serve breakfast on Mondays, so that's something to be aware of when checking in. Laundry is a bit unique; there are no self-service laundry facilities, only hotel laundry service, which costs about 10,000 KRW per load. It seems like the hotel handles it themselves, so if you need laundry, you might want to consider the price beforehand. The bathroom requires special attention; there's a raised threshold when entering and exiting, so elderly guests or children should be careful when walking. The most significant area for improvement is the air conditioning placement. The airflow blows directly towards the head of the bed, which can make sleeping uncomfortable at night. This was the most noticeable drawback of my stay."

"We had an amazing stay at Nampo Radiant Hotel! Check-in went very smoothly, and we received clear instructions well in advance. Our room was spacious and located on the 18th floor with a beautiful city view – such a nice bonus! Everything in the room worked perfectly, and we honestly couldn’t find a single downside. The location is great – just a short walk from several food markets and the famous Jagalchi Market. It takes about an hour to get to the beach, but we didn’t mind at all – it was totally worth it! Overall, a wonderful hotel that we would happily stay at again."

"The room and bathroom were both very spacious and incredibly clean. The bed was super comfortable. They offer a simple breakfast and instant noodles if you're hungry. We booked three nights for our five-day trip, but on the second day, we didn't stay there. I specifically asked the front desk if I could leave my luggage until I checked in on the third night, and they kindly allowed it, which I really appreciated. The only minor downside was that the room had a 3-in-1 charging cable, but it didn't work (no power), so I had to borrow a charging cable set from the front desk."

"The hotel bed was a bit soft, but the room was spacious. The location is excellent, near Jungang-ro. There's a 24-hour E-Mart and Olive Young within a five-minute walk. Downstairs, there are BBQ, sausage soup, and rice restaurants. Several supermarkets are nearby, so you can easily buy medicine if you have an upset stomach. Public transportation is also very convenient. The front desk even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Overall, it's great value for money."

"The hotel was recently renovated, so it was very clean, and they cleaned our room every day, which made for a very satisfying stay. I particularly liked that the Muchim-golmok (spicy seasoned alley) was right next door and Seomun Market was within walking distance. During my tour of Seomun Market, I happened to discover a durian shop run by Vietnamese people, which sold my favorite fruit. Being able to eat it every day during my business trip made it a memorable one."

"I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day business trip. 1. **Location & Accessibility:** As someone traveling from out of town and relying on the subway, the hotel's proximity to Jungangno Station Exit 1 was absolutely ideal for transportation. The surrounding commercial area is bustling, offering plenty of dining options, which is great. However, it does come with some noise pollution from people drinking and chatting late into the night, making it louder than hotels in quieter, more secluded areas. With many commercial facilities nearby, including the Dongseongno Tourist Special Zone, and it being a weekend, I also witnessed a vibrant festival atmosphere with many young people, including teenagers. It was quite a fresh experience. 2. **Hotel Room Facilities:** I felt that the accommodation fee of over 500,000 won for two nights was excessively high. Aside from it being a SUITE Room and having a styler, I don't think the facilities were outstanding for the price. Disposable toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrushes weren't provided, so guests have to purchase them individually. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were, of course, available. I hadn't brought my personal hairdryer because the website mentioned hair dryers and curling irons were provided. To my surprise, the hairdryer in the room was tiny, only blew air without any styling capabilities, and the curling iron was so small it felt like a child's toy. I inquired at the front desk, but they said that's all they had. I ended up buying a hairdryer from Olive Young just to use it. As I was on a business trip, a good hairdryer was essential for me. Considering the hotel's price point, I believe such items should be adequately stocked and usable. On a positive note, the bedding and other items, as well as the cleanliness, were excellent. The bedding was particularly comfortable. The underfloor heating also made the room pleasantly warm and cozy. 3. **Breakfast & Other Amenities:** Since breakfast was included, I had two morning meals. The food was average, and I felt it could have been better. On the first day, I received a small cup of beer as a welcome drink. I also checked out the fitness facility, as advertised on the website, but it was much smaller, cramped, and more claustrophobic than depicted, so I just left. I didn't book the hotel myself; my organization did, so I had read the website and reviews beforehand. However, my actual experience left me with quite a few disappointments. It felt like just a small hotel. While it has the significant advantage of being in a prime transportation hub and could be useful for groups to leverage the surrounding commercial area, for a solo traveler seeking relaxation, it doesn't quite hit the mark."

"I stayed for two nights during a temporary return from living abroad. The room was exactly as pictured. I'm quite sensitive about cleanliness, but it seemed very well-maintained, so I had a very comfortable stay. There were plenty of towels, and I appreciated having shampoo, face wash, and even a curling iron. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste! The location is excellent if you can find the Banwoldang subway exit (right across from Dong-A Department Store). As a local from Daegu, I'm familiar with the area, so I found it easily. It was also convenient that it's directly connected to places like Hyundai Department Store via the underground walkway. I really appreciated the thorough communication before and after check-in. I definitely want to stay here again!"
