"I specifically checked the check-in time, but they incorrectly told me it was 10 PM. Also, they tried to charge me for a disposable shower kit (though they did cancel it). The lack of attention to detail for guests made my stay uncomfortable. However, I did like that the shower, toilet, and sink were all separate. And the room was nice and spacious!"

"The facilities are excellent and very well-equipped, and there's a generous welcome snack and drink selection. The sanitizing closet is a thoughtful touch! The room is huge, and for the price, it's a fantastic deal. The bathroom is also very large; even though it's not a complete wet/dry separation, its size means it's hard for the whole area to get wet. The TV really surprised me – it's massive, and watching YouTube on it is great. The location on Dongcheng Road is easy to find and convenient, though the nearby sidewalks are a bit uneven, making it tricky to pull luggage. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to Zhongyang Road Metro Station, right in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. They offer luggage storage, but unfortunately, check-in is a bit late at 5:00 PM. Check-out at 12:00 PM is quite good though."

"The only problem with the hotel is that the shower area isn't separated into wet and dry areas; there's no glass door or shower curtain for privacy, a common drawback of many Korean hotels. Everything else is great :) The hotel is located near Dongdaegu Station, less than a ten-minute walk, which is very convenient. Just across the street are many restaurants open late at night, as well as many famous Seoul shops where you'll have to wait in long lines. The room, while not very large, was very clean. It had a small terrace with views of Daegu's nightscape. The hotel lobby provides perfume for guests, a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast deserves the highest praise—it was absolutely delicious! We stayed for two days and enjoyed different dishes! Highly recommend the kimchi, pork, tofu, and pumpkin!!"

"The check-in staff spoke basic English, but other employees didn't. Room cleanliness was a major issue; while general tidiness was okay, a thorough cleaning was clearly lacking. On the first night, a staff member put my friend's pajamas inside the duvet, making them hard to find. The second night, they threw away my facial cleanser refill, which was the first time I've ever encountered a hotel discarding a guest's items. On the third night, no one cleaned the room, refilled the water, or emptied the trash. I tried calling reception, but communication was impossible. We had to go to the front desk in person and show them photos of the room's condition before they said they'd send someone to clean it. However, after waiting over ten minutes, no one showed up. We eventually confirmed that no one would be cleaning that day and we'd have to wait until the next. The trash wasn't emptied, and it took repeated requests to get water, which was delivered by a staff member with a rather poor attitude. We asked for water and a trash bag for our rubbish, but they gave us water and towels. Generally, many staff members don't speak English, making communication quite difficult."

"The location is a 5 minute walk to Dongdaegu Station amd a big mall, there are lots of convenient stores within 3 minutes walk of the hotel also and I was able to park my big F-150 truck within the parking area. Also the room was huge with two computers and a jacuzzi tub and seperate shower area, I would stay again."

"It's closer to Seodaegu Station than Dongdaegu Station! Because it's far from the city center, there's not much to do near the accommodation, but Keimyung University and Banwoldang are just a taxi ride away! And best of all, the accommodations are so comfortable that you don't have to go out. The beds are super comfy, and the rooms are huge! Amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't provided, so if you don't want to buy them, you'll have to bring your own. The breakfast is also really good👍🏻 It's a great place to stay for business or a trip."

"I stayed here to visit the Gansong Art Museum. It's a new place and has floor heating, so it's nice, but there are two fatal flaws here. I had a companion, so I wanted a slightly larger room, so I chose a Premier instead of a Superior, but they said that this type of room is only available in front of or next to the elevator. If you don't prefer a room near the elevator, please take note when making a reservation. Also, the noise between floors and the side noise is quite significant... I could hear other guests talking...; I'm a bit sensitive to noise, so it wasn't good for me..."
