"Wonderful hotel! We received a free room upgrade, and the room was spacious with impeccable cleanliness. The bed was absolutely magical. The room also had an ironing board with an iron, a coffee machine, and a powerful hairdryer. There's a laundry room on the floor. Breakfasts were good. Near the reception, there's a counter with tea and refreshing drinks, complimentary packed lunches, fruits, and pastries. The location is very convenient, right next to Arbat, with everything within walking distance. We don't regret choosing this hotel and would gladly return again 🫶🫶"

The hotel's location is unbeatable; stepping out, you're right in the bustling commercial area, making sightseeing and getting around incredibly convenient. And the attentive service added so much warmth to this trip. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with no long waits. Realizing we were out-of-town tourists, the staff proactively shared local travel tips, recommending authentic eateries and must-see spots. They also thoughtfully provided local transportation advice, explaining everything patiently and in detail, which immediately made us feel very welcome. The service after check-in was equally impeccable. The housekeeping staff was diligent and meticulous, cleaning our room punctually every day, ensuring every corner was spotless. The bedding was neatly arranged, and toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. The room remained consistently clean and comfortable, making our stay exceptionally reassuring. Whenever we had a temporary request, a call to the front desk was met with a swift response, and needed items were delivered quickly, demonstrating efficient and considerate service. All hotel staff had a strong service-oriented mindset; even when we encountered them in the hallways, they would proactively greet us with a humble and polite attitude. The lobby also offered complimentary tea and snacks, showing attention to detail. The entire service experience felt natural and genuine, without forced pleasantries, yet we constantly felt valued. The check-out process was simple and quick. The staff even proactively inquired about our stay and thoughtfully offered luggage storage services, showing great consideration. In summary, both the location and environment are outstanding, but the service truly stands out. It's professional, meticulous, and delivered with warmth, offering excellent value for money. For anyone visiting Harbin, this Qiuguo Hotel is highly recommended. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit!"

"## Facilities: Since the hotel is located on the upper floors of a mall, the water pressure is quite low, which is understandable. However, the drain odor was a significant issue. They've installed anti-odor valves in the drains, which unfortunately makes the water drain extremely slowly. I had to manually clear it myself in the middle of a shower. ## Environment: The environment was okay. However, smoking bans seem to be poorly enforced throughout Harbin, and people were smoking in the hotel hallways, making it difficult to breathe. I reported it to the front desk, but they were completely unresponsive, probably used to it. ## Hygiene: It was acceptable. ## Service: The service was… interesting. Because there was a wedding party picking up the bride in the hotel in the morning, which caused some disturbance, they gave each guest a portable nail clipper kit. When the three of us got back and opened them, some had two nail clippers, some had one, and some had none at all. Quite amusing."

"This stay was absolutely amazing! The lobby has a refined, bookish ambiance. Check-in was quick, and they even offered hot tea, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the zero-pressure mattress and deep-sleep pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water came quickly, and the external vanity sink was super practical. Little details like the bedside wireless charger, lighted makeup mirror, and clothesline were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast had a live noodle station, plus a rich and fresh selection of Chinese and Western pastries and fruits. The free laundry room and gym were very useful, and they even offered warm congee late at night. The young man and woman at the front desk provided exceptional service! I'm completely won over and will definitely stay at Atour again next time!"

"The service was excellent. Its location near the attractions was super convenient during the May Day holiday, and the price was very reasonable. Both the front desk and room service staff were very welcoming. It's close to Central Street and the Red Brick Morning Market, and the Songhua River is right downstairs, visible from the room."
