"The location was great, but our room had no direct light from sun, and no windows opening on outside at all, with an A/C that was not working at all. The room was hot and not air moving, a terrible feeling. On top of that, the room was located just below the roof top that was undergoing construction work, which means lot of noise from early morning. The room is very old, walls are stained, clearly not looking like the booking site pictures. The hotel needs a big refresh. Right now the entire exterior is under construction, I hope you plan to do the rooms soon. Overall, not acceptable not to be informed that there is big construction work done at the moment, and having a room with no external ventilation and AC working should not even be commercialized. A rip off for the price paid."

"Today, I arrived in Beijing just as a huge rainstorm hit, with dark clouds looming overhead. I made it to this four-star hotel near the airport, and as soon as I reached the entrance, I was greeted by smiling male and female bellhops. They quickly and enthusiastically assisted me with my luggage, instantly lifting the gloom that had been hanging over me. The warm lighting in the hotel lobby was especially comforting!
Once I got to my room, I found it clean and comfortable, with a simple yet practical layout. Although the room wasn't large, it felt incredibly cozy and homey!"

"Arrived at T2 in the middle of the night. The airport shuttle runs every half hour, and I managed to catch the 1:00 AM bus. The driver and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and everything was clean. I took the shuttle back to the airport for my flight the next evening. This place is perfect for a layover!"

Also it was easy to book the free shuttle to the hotel after disembarking from the plane. "An absolutely fantastic stay for my child's middle school entrance exam! It's incredibly close to No. 55 Middle School, just a 4-minute walk.燕飞 (Yanfei) was incredibly proactive during check-in, anticipating and addressing all our potential needs throughout our stay. They even arranged a late check-out until my child finished the exam, which allowed me to get some much-needed rest while accompanying my child. My friend spontaneously decided to join us, but unfortunately, the hotel showed as fully booked. However, Lucky magically managed to sort it out for us! Not only that, but after my friend had already checked in and left the front desk, Lucky called them to let them know a more ideal room type had become available and offered a discount of over 100 RMB, which they proactively refunded. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel also prepared a lunch buffet for exam candidates and parents at 48 RMB per person. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was a huge help in solving the lunch dilemma for parents. The food was nutritious, well-balanced with meat and vegetables, and flavorful without being heavy. Breakfast was also great and well-rounded nutritionally. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied."

The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside are subway stations and a shopping district, with three different subway lines nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. It’s perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment; a top choice if you want to eat, play, or shop. The desk in the lobby is huge. The front desk upgraded my room to a ground-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Even though it was raining, there was absolutely no dampness because the room was situated quite high up. The soundproofing in the room was also good. For food deliveries, a robot brought them directly to the room. The hotel facilities are excellent, with smart toilets and screen-casting TVs all available. The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The hot water came on incredibly fast, piping hot in three seconds, and the water pressure was great. The bath towels were soft, huge, and super absorbent. The hairdryer, though small, was powerful and dried my hair quickly. The laundry room downstairs with its washer and dryer was also fantastic; the clothes came out perfectly wrinkle-free after drying.

GGuest UserI specifically brought my kids to Universal Studios and decided to stay here for two nights. I debated for a long time whether to stay at a Universal hotel or nearby, and I'm so glad I chose this place. Upon arrival, I thought the hotel was particularly beautiful and very new.
Check-in was on the eighth floor. From the floor-to-ceiling windows on the eighth floor, you can get a really clear view of Hogwarts Castle. We were given a corner room on the tenth floor, which was very quiet, though a bit of a walk from the elevator.
The room had two 1.3-meter beds, which was enough for me and my two kids. There's also a capsule coffee machine in the room, so I could make coffee in the morning. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast because we woke up late.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to Universal Studios, and right next door is the Wangfujing Bayland shopping mall, which is huge. You can walk directly through the hotel's third floor to the mall, which is incredibly convenient and keeps you out of the sun.
Back to the room: it has two small vanity sinks, so families don't have to crowd. The toilet and shower are separate, but the water pressure in the shower was too low, possibly because we were on the 10th floor. I hope they can improve this; showering wasn't a great experience. On the top floor, there's a bar that's beautiful at night, but they don't allow minors, even for dining, which was a shame. I took the kids up to see the view but we had to go back to the room. There's also a Sichuan restaurant on the 10th floor.
The reception area on the eighth floor has a section for hotel afternoon tea, which overlooks the Universal Studios park.
There's a swimming pool on the 10th floor. It's not a huge area, but it's quite lovely. I went to take a look but didn't swim. I asked, and it closes at 10:30 PM.
After check-out, you can store your luggage on the first floor and then go shopping at the mall.
Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. Staying here for Universal Studios means you save enough money to buy an Express Pass, which is fantastic!

We even extended our stay by an extra night! Every day when we came back from exploring, our room was spotless. It's also incredibly close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, just a two or three-stop subway ride away. I'm so glad we chose this hotel; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing.

Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy.
I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response.
This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

I especially appreciated the human touch of being able to redeem points for breakfast and a late check-out. The breakfast itself was good and plentiful. The location is convenient, with Changying subway station nearby, as well as shopping centers, restaurants, and a park. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the lobby feels a bit plain and unexciting.
