"This hotel is convenient for a layover. It's next to the Central shopping center, about a 7-minute taxi ride away. We booked a room with a pool view but ended up with a view of the parking lot, and in the morning, it turned out to be a construction site, which was a shame since we wanted to sleep in. The pool is clean and open late. I wish they provided disposable toothbrushes."

"If you're looking for a quiet stay, avoid this hotel. The front desk service and public areas were nice, but the room itself was a disaster from facilities to cleanliness to soundproofing. I don't know what percentage of rooms have connecting doors, but the thin wooden doors offer absolutely no sound insulation. You can hear every word spoken at a normal volume from the next room. The wall insulation is also terrible, leading to being kept awake until 3 or 4 AM nightly by parties next door, only to be woken up again around 7 AM by laughter from the room with the connecting door. The shower has a bench underneath it, but the water pressure is so low that the water barely reaches past the bench. For those who don't like sitting while showering, you have to awkwardly lean into the bench, which is very uncomfortable. The hairdryer was rusty, hot, weak, and felt like it could scratch you. There were remnants from a previous guest on the toilet, the comforter had noticeable stains, and housekeeping didn't replenish amenities like toothpaste, so we had to call room service for them every day."

"We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel.
Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken â exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced.
We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe.
We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting.
Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables."

"Came to Krabi for Chinese New Year and stumbled upon this hotel. Turned out to be a fantastic find! (Though the price wasn't cheap, the overall experience was great, so it was worth it). The room on the third floor was quite spacious with a separate shower and toilet. My son absolutely loved the pool right outside â he could jump in anytime without even leaving the room. The hotel's overall decor has a unique Egyptian terracotta style, which makes for some great photos. The semi-buffet breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of Chinese and Western options. Ordering by scanning a QR code reduced waiting times, which felt more comfortable than self-service. Overall, highly recommended and worth a stay!"

"This is our second visit to Ban Sainai resort Krabhi, first visit was in 2016.. I can say the experience got better..
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Krabi. We booked a pond-facing deluxe room, and the views were simply stunning â surrounded by lush greenery, a peaceful pond, and dramatic limestone cliffs that truly make this place special.
The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. What stood out the most was the front office team â always smiling, warm, and ready to help with anything. Their hospitality really made us feel welcomed throughout the stay.
The location is great â tucked away in nature for peace and relaxation, yet still convenient to reach places like Ao Nang Beach with the resortâs very convenient shuttle service.
Breakfast was awesome, with good variety and quality. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which is honestly one of the best weâve experienced â very scenic and perfectly maintained.
Overall, this is one of the best nature resorts weâve stayed at. Perfect for couples and anyone looking to relax in a serene environment.

"It was a really good and big room which was clean and had tons of natural light with a good balcony we were almost sad to leave this place it had really nice vibe to it. The only thing that I would like them to improve is to have a smart tv and maybe one more chair in the balcony and I'm sure if I had asked them for a extra chair they would have done it right away but we didn't care as much but overall a great stay and great location would recommend and definitely stay again."

"We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean. Restaurant had good breakfast and lunch options.
We had a Mountain View room (lovely view) which was in fact a connecting room (adjoining locked door) which was a little awkward as you can hear your neighbours very clearly, maybe something to note on your booking if this is something you wouldnât like.
The pool area was very well maintained, pool staff are happy to remove towels if people have reserved sunbeds with no intention of returning soon. Making it fair for everyone. The only downside for us was that the pool sunbeds are limited in our opinion and pool is relatively small (which also connects to the swim up rooms) again, if you are considering booking a swim up room, this may mean you donât have a protected area as it adjoins to the public pool.
We were out and about on trips and beach days so the pool lounger availability didnât bother us.
Overall we are happy and would return if we visited the area again!"

"Spent 4D3N with family at the hotel. Room is a bit outdated but still spacious. The room I stayed in facing the street, and above convenient store, 7-Eleven. Hence, it is still quite noisy at night. Quite a distance walk (10-15mins) from beachfront. Breakfast is so-so, just decent to keep you feed before the daily activities. One thing to praise is the friendly staff and also the refreshing welcome drinks. Overall a pleasant stay there."

"Stayed at Infinity Ao Nang recently and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and incredibly clean, with a really relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind straight away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with great air conditioning and a very comfortable bed after long days exploring Krabi.
The staff were one of the highlights of the stay â always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. The pool area was excellent, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt peaceful while still being close enough to all the restaurants, bars, and beach areas in Ao Nang.

This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like settingâsomething I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway.
Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the foodâjust ask him anything you need!
Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven.
Facilities:
⢠Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellentâboth muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing.
⢠Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely.
Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountains. Very quiet and with a very friendly staff. They have a pick-up that takes you to and from the beach for free, although you can take a walk through the market and the shops (30 minutes slowly). The cabins are spacious, cozy and very well acclimatized. I would repeat without hesitation.

The location of the place is a bit off as difficulty moving in and out to Ao Nang street provided you follow the shuttle of the villa. Grab usually will not drive up to the hill but can request the shuttle to fetch from entrance at down hill.
The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. No much choices of breakfast for vegetarian.

GGuest UserWe arrived to our room being sweltering hot. In fact it was cooler outside than it was inside. I understand that with current fuel prices being so high, that they arenât going to leave the air con all day anticipating our arrival. They offered us a pass to put into the slot so the air con wouldnât turn off if we left the room, but with our room being at the top of the mountain. I did expect for them to bring it to our room rather than making us treck back down and up again. The room wasnât clean⌠shower head was black with mould, when pointed out this was rectified. We upgraded to a room with a bath but couldnât use it as it leaked and flooded the bathroom when using. We notified the hotel, they sent someone to fix it but no compensation was offered despite paying an extra 5,000 baht for this feature and only being able to use it once.
Breakfast is like a horror show. I can only describe it as horrendous. My advice is save your money and donât add breakfast to your room rate. Baked beans were cold, French toast was a thin slice of hoavis stuck to the bottom of the metal warmer. Yoghurt had flies in it - the only thing mildly edible was the egg station. Staff at breakfast was incredibly rude⌠we asked for some ice and lemon for our water, slices of lemon were thrown down at my husband, again notified reception and nothing was done.
This is a Muslim hotel so no alcohol is served at the bar, not a big deal as they allow you to bring in drink from the 7/11 across the road but itâs not really advertised very well.
Pool is lovely and the pool bar staff were nice, the rooms are good and shuttle service was ok. We only had a one issue of it taking half an hour to arrive. It is walkable if youâre fit - unfortunately I couldnât walk up due to illness so had to wait out the 30 minutes.
Location is good. Ao Nang beach is about 20/25 minute walk but there are free shuttles (one way) offered by the hotel when they feel like it, but Grab Taxiâs are cheap and easy to get. Ao Nang night market is brilliant and about a 15 minute taxi ride away.
Would say it isnât really worth the money is and more like a 3 star. It could be such a great hotel with improvements. A bit disappointed with it considering it was part of our honeymoon trip and feel we were let down.

No alcohol is served on the property but you can bring your own. Beautiful places to walk. Can also kayak in the lagoon. Many daily activities (some free). Also a free ride to Railay beach if you want. We loved our stay here. Check out is just a bit too early, 11am.

аиН ĐĐ°ŃиŃŃННинThe hotel is quite nice, with wonderful reception staff. I'd especially like to thank Sureeporn; she was very kind and helped resolve a very serious issue we encountered. Our housekeeper was also very responsible! I really enjoyed the breakfasts; they were excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the gym: the air conditioning was always either very weak or didn't work at all, which turned your workout into a sauna. The equipment was very old, and it was always quite dusty. It definitely needs improvement.

LLimtIt is a great resort. The service of staffs are extremely friendly. Book The ocean view suites. Nice and spacious. However had to climb multiple flight of steps to the room unless you take their golf car to your building. Then again another flight of steps to the lift. Not too fun if you hurt your legs.
The room had a jacuzzi tub which is nice , but when we start filling up the tub, a lot of hair start floating in the water , hence we decided not to used it.
Toothbrush are not provided , if you do need one request from the counter.
The weird thing is that they only provide 1 door card. Hence if you are going out separately, you have to coordinate on the return with your other half.
The fridge is only functioning when the door card is plugged into. I bought a cake and it melted as we are out of the room with the door card.
However overall it is still a nice hotel.

GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark.
